New/comfortable hotel, easy access by highway, good breakfast and reading area

Separate charge for parking. This place is only reasonably accessible by car, why charge parking separately? Just include it in the room rates, it’s misleading. No one will access it by walking or bus, is not a central or main neighborhood area.

Great location, free parking big apartment ( 2 rooms) very well equipment kitchen even washing machine. Very good breakfast- fresh fruits even strawberries, granola and lots of yogurts

Sofa was not comfortable for sleeping

The kitchen was well stocked and included little extras like wine glasses and proper cutlery. The shower was very big!

It seemed odd having to pay for parking in Needham. The parking area wasn't even taken care of. There were potholes everywhere.

the room is very spacious and clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is room is well equipped with basic kitchen supplies, such as refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine. It definitely worth the price !

Only issue I had was the hotel charged me for the stay as well as Booking.com...... I spoke with them this morning and they are reversing their charges so all good

We chose Residence Inn for the location and the convenience for our travel needs. The hotel offered us even more than we expected. The room was specious and clean and everything worked.

The only little concern I had was because we were planning to occupy the room for 6 days I wish there had been some place to sit outside, with some shade and a cold drink. The specific week we spent was way too hot to take advantage of that perk but I would really appreciate it for next trip.

The room was extremely spacious. I was surprised to have a kitchenette, living room, desk and a king sized bed. The unit was also very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. I didn't notice until my last night the outdoor area for hanging out and enjoying the weather. I try to be eco friendly and, since I was there for a week, I really liked the option of designating whether I wanted my room cleaned or not - and that the trash cans provided separate containers for trash and for recycling.

I couldn't open my windows - the handles were taken off and there were signs saying I couldn't open the windows. I think it was a security risk because outside my window, was the roof of another structure with the A/C units on top. But I also couldn't change my room to a higher floor.

the comfiest bed i’ve stayed in and the staff were very kind and alert when it came to people coming in and out of the door. hot breakfast is also included from 7-10AM on weekends! i felt very safe at the location as well as it is more hidden from the main road.

the breakfast was great offered a wide variety. clean rooms and pleasant staff.

The room bathtoom needed better cleaning not just a wipe down.

Nothing better after a long travel day to be received by bottles of water

The laundry was terrible, not a good service, i do not know if this was a one time issue they had.
