Excellent resort, especially if you have little kids. The ocean view room has a huge bed and comfortably fit the 4 of us with room to spare. The balcony and bathtub are superb with a lovely view. The toiletteries in the room are also great. Breakfast has tons of variety, the food overall in the restaurants and bars is pretty good. We did not feel the need to go out to eat. Special mention for the outdoor water park - it has plenty of slides good for both little and older kids and adults. There are plenty of loungers and life vests. In fact, since the weather was good, we enjoyed the outdoor water park more than the indoor one. The pool on the terrace and on the beach are fun as well. We spent a lot of time in the water.

In room dining could have more options. But they will deliver from the restuarants to the room for a small charge.

Is clean and well facilitated in terms of hotel amenities, shower gel etc. the room smells good too. Which is really nice.

I believed we were ripped off for the water park. We didn’t expect certain rides under rennovation. That option booking.com must take responsibility when selling the tickets. Or perhaps a miscommunication between both parties.

It’s clean, staffs are friendly and efficient. We booked the rooms with the water park tickets which allow us to use the park daily throughout my stay. This was brilliant as it allows family with kids to be flexible. The roof top pool and jacuzzi was our favorite! The breakfast provides variety of options and each day different menus. It’s worth to buy as there is limited nearby restaurant. The rooms are spacious and daily replenishment of mini bar is available. In house restaurant offers delicious food Incase you need late night snacks! NAMI restaurant by the beach is convienent as the hotel provides the buggy services on your request! Waiting time is less than 5 minutes! Special thanks to hotel management for accommodating my request ! My son was surprised and love the surprise wishes…. The Cake was delicious 🥰

The location!!! Approx 1 hour to Hoi An ! Hotel has NO free shuttle to nearby attractions places. No restaurants or shops nearby within 3-5 km. We were lucky our driver drives us daily to try local food nearby Mikazuki hotel. Housekeeping came 9 am in the morning when we were sleeping, happens once during our stay. Next morning we were prepared but it came after 3pm and the day after around 4-5 pm. I guess this happened by mistake!

The heated infinite rooftop pool and the large indoor water park was the highlight (especially for our kids and since the weather was only 22 degrees when we stayed so we didn’t utilise the outdoor water park but would have enjoyed floating along the lazy river on a hot day). The food was delicious (the restaurants are mostly Japanese) and the main hotel restaurant (The Blue) had an extensive menu covering western and Asian meals. The buffet Breakfast was also extensive. We booked and stayed in an Executive 2 bedroom Ocean View Suite which included access to the Water parks, Onsen pools and the Executive lounge on Level 22. We were very impressed with the Suite - the rooms were very clean and tidy and the housekeeping was very good. There is a Japanese garden on Level 4 with a Koi pond (my kids enjoyed feeding them). They even have resident horses and a games arcade. The staff were all friendly and helpful and were always ensuring we were enjoying our stay. I also enjoyed a professional massage at Sia Spa. Overall, we found this to be an impeccable and quite large Japanese inspired resort - it has everything you need. I would recommend this resort to everyone, (both young and old, and especially to those who love swimming and the water). 5 Stars!

The beds have very firm mattresses so I didn’t find them very comfortable - I prefer a plush bed. The hotel is situated near a train line so if your room faces West, you may hear it honk the horn at night as it passes. Not that it was an issue for us, however the hotel is located approximately 20 minute drive from the city centre - we booked this resort purely for the rest, relaxation and to enjoy the water park and the other facilities of the resort.

The Nami pool and roof-top pool were amazing! The waterpark was very useful when it rained outside. Great for families with kids.

I was asked to make payment in advance through a payment link in order to keep my reservation, which was different from the explanation I got from booking.com. I had already registered my credit card in booking.com to secure my stay. It was unpleasant customer experience. Also, the Mikazuki staff explained that the payment link is more secure than booking.com, which did not make sense. Booking.com uses secure system, and using a payment link is no better than the booking.com system. I felt that Mikazuki was making wrong statement about security, and using security as an excuse to use the payment link. This is not a good customer experience to be honest.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The pools were fantastic, with options for both children and adults, ensuring that everyone could enjoy their time. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure that guests truly enjoyed their stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, about a 20-minute drive, which limits the options for restaurants nearby.

We met the supervisor on our last night - Tam was fantastic. It was a shame we hadn’t met her sooner as she was exceptional. Our villa was lovely and the rooftop infinity pool and bar also excellent. The Japanese restaurants were both fantastic.

I paid extra to include the kids water park in our trip but they didn’t mention the height and weight restriction for the slides. Either 140cm and at least 40kgs. My 6 and 8 year olds therefore couldn’t use the rides. Not even with an adult. Prices at the convenience store were a bit high and you couldn’t bring outside food into the resort.

Our family of three—my husband, our seven-year-old daughter, and I—spent an unforgettable four weeks at Mikazuki Resort in Da Nang this February, and we can confidently say it’s the perfect destination for families! Our family room was more spacious than some apartments we’ve stayed in, with huge, incredibly comfortable beds, a massive shower, and a Japanese bath on the balcony overlooking the ocean—pure bliss! The resort’s waterparks were an absolute highlight. The outdoor waterpark, perfect for younger kids, had plenty of slides and a lazy river—our daughter never wanted to leave! The indoor waterpark features Vietnam’s longest waterslide, an artificial surf, and even a Japanese onsen where adults can unwind in mineral hot baths, saunas, and salt rooms. Beyond the pools, there’s endless entertainment: an arcade, small cinema, kids’ club, karaoke booth, and spa, plus Japanese traditional wear rental for a unique cultural experience. Food and drink options are plentiful, with fresh towels available everywhere. The resort is immaculate, with constant maintenance ensuring everything is pristine. We also indulged in the Sia Spa, trying nearly every treatment—the aromatherapy massage was my favourite! And special mention to Ms. Tinh from guest relations, who went above and beyond to organize sightseeing trips, yoga sessions, and dinner reservations (both at the resort and in Da Nang). The daily service was exceptional—our room was cleaned twice a day, and we were spoiled with flowers, chocolates, and thoughtful gifts for our daughter. Dining was a delight—the Teppanyaki restaurant was our favourite, but the hot pot and sushi restaurants were also top-notch. The beach club was a wonderful retreat in the afternoons, and the on-site pharmacy, nurse, souvenir shops and a little minimart and a patisserie. There is also a beach club that was a wonderful place to relax in the afternoons. A perfect balance of kid fun and adult relaxation.

Everything was perfect. The only suggestion for improvement we would recommend to the resort would be to extend their food and drink service to the area around the outdoor pool/waterpark so that parents relaxing on the lounges and waiting for their children can also have a snack and or a drink.

I went Da Nang twice and we always choose this hotel. My in-laws are impressed by this hotel. I wished that I had more time to stay there longer. I went there twice but did not have chance to get to lazy river, fuji pool and the beach. They built a bridge to cross the street which makes me feel more safe to go to the beach.

They don't allow outside food. I hope that they will have variety of snacks and drinks available in the resort. I was craving for milktea and V-streetfood/snacks but I cannot get some.

Amazing hotel with great facilities for families. The staff were very attentive and accommodating to our young family. Akane, the guest relations supervisor was particularly helpful when our 9 month old daughter developed an allergic reaction which required treatment. The dining options are first class and the rooftop pool is breathtaking. The only downside for us was the location. It is about 30 minutes from Da Nang City centre and there isn't anything to do in the immediate area surrounding the resort. Besides that, we had a great time and we hope to return one day.
