Breakfast was great as well the conversation! The gentleman that sets up breakfast was so impressive in his interactions with the guests- he is a gem! All staff were friendly and gracious and made us feel at home!

Pillows could be a little better. The most important thing when staying away from home is the comfort of the bed, the sheets, the temperature of the room, and adequate pillows, Overall, bed was very good in comparison to some places we have stayed. The temperature of the room was a bit warm and we were unable to make colder- if this were corrected, would be perfect.

This hotel is right in the middle of the old historic center of Altamura, yet just off to the side for it to be calm and quiet. The staff here, especially Erik, were attentive and helpful. Erik answered all of my questions via booking.com and then helped me book a taxi back to Bari. The room was clean and a cool retreat (thanks to AC) from the midday heat.

The decor is slightly dated, so this is not the chicest place, but the facilities are in good working order. The internet was intermittent in my room.

We had a great stay at Hotel San Nicola. When we could not easily park the car because of construction nearby, the front desk attendant Mario drove the car for us to get it to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean and new.

The only drawback was the comfort of the 2nd bed which pulled out from a chair.

In the center of town, Altamura. Walking distance to everything. Incredibly nice and helpful staff who did above and beyond. It has been renovated in recent years, and they did amazing job!

It is right in the middle of the old city! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Mr. Mario on the reception desk was one of the friendliest faces we’ve seen in Puglia!

Handy location for wandering around this small town. Near all restaurants etc. Very interesting dining room for a good breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We had some problems with the rental car and they took care of the phone calls. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is excellent.

The hotel is amazing. The room is huge and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is also very good, with different options you can choose on the day before (just bear in mind you’ll have to pay for some of the items even if you book the room with breakfast included).

It’s not easy to find the hotel, and it’s tricky to get there by car. And there was a miscommunication between the night and day staff, which ended up costing us a few pounds.
