rooms was not properly cleaned while checking in, housekeeping could be a little more attentive

The Hotel faces the Ramgarh Taal giving an excellent view from the rooms. The Breakfast spread is very good, although there is scope for improvement in variety. The staff were courteous, polite, and helpful.

It was felt that adequate efforts were lacking in keeping the meals warm till the end of the buffet. Swimming Pool was available only till 6 pm for in-house guests. The car park has not yet been fully constructed.

We booked a night here for a treat amongst a long travelling trip. The hotel was very luxe, and the staff were all very accommodating and friendly. We had a particularly pleasant experience with Suhani who managed our stay at check-in and check-out. The room was spacious, modern and very clean. We enjoyed time on the terrace as well as use of the gym.

Overall We Liked Everything, Except Nothing ! It.was a wonderful stay with my family. Breakfast was Lavish, u name it and they had it on their table. Even soaked almonds kept in individual cute little glass was something to remember. Good space inside the room and awesome bathroom. Though, it was a one night stay , we really enjoyed the property and it's swimming pool. I would really recommend this property. Orion Mall is just next door, which is like cherry on the cake.

Only thing which troubled us was going to another floor from one. Since we had 7 rooms in 2 floors, getting from one to another was a bit difficult , due to their safety reasons.

Clean, comfortable, good food, great service. The staff were helpful and friendly, assisting us with taxi’s, locating atm’s and places to recharge our SIM card. A lovely touch was bringing a cake and card for one of us as it was our birthday. Thank you so much.

Staff members r very supportive n have a good way of talking. Ambiance is very attractive. Room is very well settled. Everything was just awesome. Easy to find the location. Overall, best hotel to stay for anyone.

Nothing major except staff neeed grooming ; training on customer' s requirements. Their responsiveness is awfully slow on any of the demand.

The television stopped working late in the night, after complaining we were told that the DTH is not recharged and can be done only the next day and not during the night. What i believe is that facility should stay with the duty manager and not with someone exclusive; if it stays with someone exclusive then that person must make sure that tv doesn't go out in the night. Rest everything is exceptionally good specially in a place like Gorakhpur. Food in the room needs to get better, same food is better in the restaurant.

liked overall stay and food was marvellous

respond to the cleanliness. i asked to makeup my rom in the noon while i was leaving for the wedding and came back at night around 3.0 am and the room was messy as i had left it. i had to call again to makeup my room and waite for 30-45 mins again when i was highly tired.
