Good location, and great service from staff

Pool closes at 4pm everyday, which is inconvenient. We returned to hotel around 4 to 5 pm after a day at the theme park, and couldn’t use the pool because it closed so early

There was a promo for free upgrade for the time we were staying. We were assigned a bigger room

There is no facility such as a garden while there is a pool with very loud live band. Batu is known for its mountainous fresh air but there is no much outdoor space available in this hotel.

The staff hospitality was above and beyond expectations. They were really helpful to us who travelled with elderly with mobility issue. The rooms were clean, and there were many options for breakfast.

I was upgraded to deluxe room (I booked superior double). They granted my request of high floor & best view. The food was tasty. Variety of food is excellent, one of the stall is Jajanan Pasar (Traditional Snack) which is rare (in my opinion). Breakfast place has outdoor space with direct view to the mountain. I love all about the room, the layout, furnitures, design, everything (they have super comfy yet airgonomic chair). Last but not least, all staff is nice & helpful.

the pool is dirty (by leaves & flower) and some pillars (in bed room or bath room) are out of space

The hotel facilities is one of the most complete one in batu, the view from room is excited you can see Mount Panderman or Mount Arjuno

The pool is small, some furniture at the room & bathroom need to well maintain

Comfy bed, room's mountain view, room space, friendly staff with fast responses upon requests

When we tried to sleep late at night, we still heard very loud music from the hotel's pool bar on the 2nd floor (and we're on the 7th floor!)

Unexpected Experience I have when I was staying in Aston Inn - I booked Superior room and they Upgraded my rooms with cost me only 100 K per night which is Superb (compare price in Internet it's a way cheaper). - After I checked in, I checked email suddenly they gave us free breakfast for 2 nights, FYI I paid superior room without breakfast and the breakfast is Superb, Delicious, Fancy - Second night, they gave us fresh fruit parcel inside our room as a surprise - Last but special, when we check out they gave us big Apple Pie for free Conclusion, hospitality, the benefit what Aston Gave us is beyond our expectation and remarkable experience stayed in this hotel.

Breakfast was awesome! There were lots of food varieties and different choices to choose from. Truly filling and fabulous.

Poor lighting inside each room - rooms are a bit dark. It would have been nice if rooms were adequately illuminated.

Great location. Good breakfast food. They have water dispenser in every floor. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Accomodating staff.

A bit noisy outside. You can hear the noise of the people from the rooms in your floor. There was a time too that we smelled the food being cooked somewhere.

the staffs are friendly, the security team are excellent , spacious parking lot, delicious breakfast, the room and the facilities were great

need more soundproofing inside the room , i can hear every voices inside the room if I walk in the corridor and also can hear voices outside the room
