Charming facility -not a typical high rise hotel. Rate was very reasonable and comfortable for our budget. Staff was helpful and cordial.

No parking on site-had to park several blocks away or park on street and move car by 9 am. Water in shower not hot enough. Bed was soft. Missing little amenities such as tissues or hairdryer in room. Tiny pool (but refreshing). No breakfast on site unless purchase a box breakfast but the did recommend a good nearby breakfast spot. I enjoyed it more than my husband did!

Hotel is modern, with so many details that make the stay comfortable and special. They upgraded our room to a junior apartment with private pool and I was delighted with the accommodation. The apartment has its own courtyard, which is surrounded by a high wall, and in the courtyard there is a private small pool surrounded by palms, garden furniture for sitting and deck chairs. The pool was heated and illuminated at night with color-changing lights. The room had a huge glass panoramic window, so it was the perfect setting for a view of the pool from the bed. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. There was also a couch in the room, a bathrobe, towels, a care set, a water heater, and free bottles of water were available. The air conditioner for heating the room (in February) worked well and warmed the room nicely. To enter the accommodation, I received a code for the front door and a safe in which the room key was kept. Self-check-in went smoothly. When we were leaving, we were served by a very friendly and hospitable receptionist. The hotel also has a small tea room with free coffee and tea. The boutique hotel is designed in such a way that it has an inner courtyard from where the doors lead to the rooms and apartments. The hotel is located in the center of the old part of Beer Sheva, the surroundings are pleasant, there were a few shops, cafes, and a park is nearby. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and one of best ever.

Just advice - TV could be placed more stably, or more on the edge of the room, so that there is no fear of accidentally hitting it. The inside door to the room is sometimes little harder to lock and you need to push a little.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and lies in a little oasis inside the old city of Beer Sheva. We didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the property but wish we had more time to spend there and plan to return when we are next in town.

I love this place. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful modern interior design. Beautiful and perfect pool for us and our baby, right outside our door. Big room with a lot of space even with the babybed. A lot of space for hanging out. Just an amazing experience.

Great location and the staff were very hospitable and warm, the bed was pretty comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

The building has great potential but it somewhat untapped, the pool is very small and located right in the doorway of some of the rooms, some rooms need to be renovated and the outdoor seating, at the back yard at least, needs new padding. But all of those are vary minute details that didn't bother us that much in our vacation.

The staff was very friendly and communicative, even though I arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so did not meet them till the last day of my stay. The place is a beautiful courtyard in the heart of "Old Beer Sheva", a gentrifying neighborhood with bars, galleries, and a fringe theater just down the block.

I stayed in a small room adjacent to a big suite. The first night there was a lot of noise from the next-door suite, and apparently the acoustic protection isn't so good. But after I complained, the second night was very quiet.

A place to spend the night in Beer Sheeva. Coffee was good. Not very quite.

clean and private. upgrade to junior suite was much appreciated. coffee and pastries excellent.

Charming and centrally located to walk to restaurants
