Good, friendly welcome from all the staff, who clearly wanted you to feel at home. The good sized ropms were very comfortable and the bathrooms huge.

Very little to complain about! Possibly a wider selection on the menu for our meal would have been nice, but this aeared to be a common theme in all the hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Staff was very nice, breakfast delicious, free parking in front of the hotel and cozy and clean rooms.

The only "negative" thing I could mention is the fact that there is no 24h reception all the time there, you can call and they come, but I didn't feel like bothering anyone just to ask a small question.

Shame the restaurant was closed for dinner the night we stayed. Breakfast was as expected. Staff were very good. Room was lovely, spacious and with all the facilities one could expect.

Bed was comfortable, but was two singles, rather than a king which I would prefer.

As older guests, we did not appreciate carrying our luggage to the top floor without an elevator or offered help. The toilet was also very loose.

Friendly and efficient staff. Good size bedroom with comfortable bed and extra large bathroom. Very nice to have breakfast served, rather than a buffet breakfast.

Access could be better. Arriving at 1700, I had to make a phone call to get into the hotel - not the most welcoming introduction to the hotel.

The restaurant was closed when I stayed there. There are plenty of places to eat in Schwalmstadt but would have been nice to eat on site.
