This was my second stay at Swiss-Belresidences Kalibata, and it was just as wonderful—if not better—than the first. The staff once again made me feel incredibly welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The facilities remain top-notch, and everything was spotless and comfortable. I also couldn’t resist the delicious sweets at the bar, which made the experience even more delightful. It truly feels like coming back to a familiar and caring place. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Swiss-Belresidences Kalibata! Everything was perfect—from the warm and welcoming staff to the excellent facilities. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. I especially loved the sweets at the bar; they were simply irresistible! Very friendly staff, incredibly helpful staff 24/7, incredibly thorough attentive massage with reasonable price, different varieties of breakfast everyday for everyone to choose from western to local taste, great location. We really enjoyed our stay there, and made us feels like home. Originally we stayed for 4days at the end we stayed for a week. We will definitely come back whenever we visiting Jakarta. Thank you Irham for the hospitality that goes above and beyond and thank you for your all the staff who made those happened.

The property is just across the road from my mom’s apartment in Kalibata. Two shopping centres across the road have Farmer Markets, some chemists and restaurants. Don't expect it's a luxurious shopping centre, but it's ok and not crowded. The price is ok. The Indonesian Breakfast menu was authentic. The front office responded quickly when I asked in person to ensure the room condition and housekeeping standards were up to Swiss Bell hotel standards as I found and documented some of them were lacking “ Swissbell Hotel standard quality. “ The pool is small, but it's doable. It would be great if hotel guests could swim in the apartment pool, as they are bigger and better. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the Indonesian dishes, which were authentic and delicious! There are lots of options, too. I will go back again in the future to stay as it's very convenient. Thank you, Swissbell, for having me and my daughter for six days and five nights.

- The pool access needs to be better as the hotel pool Not enough to accommodate the guests. - Need to make sure the towels are WHITE and FLUFFY as per the hotel standard. - The bed sheets need to be WHITE and cleaned. Change everyday. - The curtain is due to wash as its grey not white. - Dusty but then they cleaned it.

The best pillow ever

I could hear the train sounds in the morning. I wasn't surprised as I knew its location but it didn't bother me a lot as I was away most of the day

Somewhat dated bathrooms

Very comfortable bed and helpful staff in reception and housekeeping. The location was strategic for my purposes.

The pool is very small and the water is very cold as it is completely sheltered from the sun. The pool in the residences section is open to the sun and much bigger, but I was told that hotel guests could not use it.

despite requesting for a pair of connected rooms at the time of booking, my friends only found out when they went upstairs that it was not connecting. the single room card made moving around the hotel difficult as there was no access to room floors w'o card

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bluebird Taxi station within the premises so return journey to airport was more convinient.

Rooms I spend not much spaciuos but ok for a week stay.

Breakfast was all delicious. The lobby smelled great!

Shower water did not flow, eventhough the outlet was not clogged.
