Staff was super friendly and hotel restaurant was excellent. Room was cozy and super close to main attractions like zoo.
I wish rooms would provide stuff like shampoo and hair conditioner.

location to the zoo, Nice comfortable and a little unique as one went down to the rooms.
the walk from the railway station to the hotel is 1.5 Kms. would have been good to be able to call for a curtesy vehicle from station to hotel.

Location perfect for visiting the zoo. Breakfast was good. Would stay again at this place.
It would have been more comfortable if there was a fan or air conditioning in the room. Also it would have been nice to have a bug screen on the balcony door.

The hotel has a good location, it’s in front of the zoo. The walking trails are very nice. The bowling alley is very pleasing. The view front the balconies are beautiful.
The pillows weren’t that’s comfortable.
