Great place to stop right along the highway, easy to check in and park I front of room.

Price was great $125 for 4 people. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. Yes you are asked to only flush if a number 2. But please understand this motel is in tank water. It is limited to the facility. But we had no problems with this rule. Easy check in, was given bowels we needed for a meal we brought with us. There are no shops only a servo close by. This is a great place to stop and sleep when travelling along the Bruce Highway. A nice I. And out motel.

I have never seen a shower screen so clean! Amazing. And the owner was so lovely. Received a phone call and text message prior to arrival. Then she came around to welcome us once we were settled in and meet our furry family member.

Would be good to have a fenced off area so the dog could have a run around after a long day of driving.

Great accommodation, even though the furniture is rather worn (chewed). Lol Clean and comfortable enough. Would stay again. Plenty of parking and nice grassed area to walk the dog.

The shower. The hot water took ages to come through. I thought it wasn't working at first.

Good bed, far enough away from the highway to not be disturbed, hot water was great and the unit generally quite good

Chap at reception was a bit terse and unsmiling but gave enough information. The shower does need to be scrubbed of hard deposits on the tiles.

If you need free parking, free Wi-Fi, a microwave and a clean, convenient, ground floor room for a shower and a great sleep on a good comfy bed, then this place is for you. Julie the host, was WONDERfully helpful!

There's not much not to like! (An iron & iron board in the room or in a laundry somewhere would have been handy but not a deal breaker. Julie solved the issue no problem.)

The bed was reasonably comfortable, even though we had to have the doona removed from the room, and our own cover (a brand new sheet to replace it) in case our non shedding, freshly bathed, Cavoodle girl got up on the bed)

The very poor repair job of badly chipped tiles in the shower recess.

All the basic facilities needed were provided and the place was clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful Fantastic empty beach just a 10 min drive away Very convenient location just off the A1

The Country View Motel gave us a clean, safe and comfortable pit stop on our long drive. Very easy to find right on the highway with a friendly welcome from Julie. They are pet friendly too which is nice.

Nothing really, this is a budget motel and whilst not fancy it gave us exactly what we needed for a good nights sleep.

The room met all our expectations. It was comfortable and clean and allowed us to have a great night's rest while travelling.

The only small thing was that it would have been good for the fridge to have been turned on before we arrived. But it cooled down very quickly once we turned it on,

Outstanding hospitality from the loveliest owner, who made us feel so welcome and who stayed up late to accommodate us after we advised we would not be arriving until approx 9.30pm.

Nothing at all to dislike.
