I liked that it was based on a site which held a great heritage of the city of swat. I loved the fact that the Serena had maintained the original conditions of the heritage rooms. I loved the landscaping. I also liked that every tree was named and marked with its age giving it its own identity. I loved the swimming facility it was good to have a heated pool. It was peaceful with nice views. It had a children’s play area. It was safe secure. All the things you look for when you go as a family.

The room didn’t have a smart tv. The gym was extremely outdated. There was no mini bar in the room.

It was lovely experience to come and stay at same hotel after 34 years where we stayed for our honeymoon in Jan 1991. Over the years hotel has extended and kept its high standards. Was sad to know that our Serena tourism driver at that time passed away. He was a lovely person. May Allah bless him with highest abode in Paradise.

The fact that it was a Prime Minister house of the past with lush green lawns & open verandas

Absolutely amazing place, great atmosphere and beautiful views. Stayed in Heritage Suite and absolutely loved it. Penhaligon's toiletries were great. Thank you for making our stay beautiful. Wish we had more time……

No complaints!

The staff is exceptional. They made us feel comfortable and were very hospitable. We wanted to check in a day early and Hira at reception helped us do that. Breakfast was really nice and had many options. Imtiaz from the breakfast restaurant made sure everything was spot on in the breakfast.

There wasn't a kettle in the room but was provided when requested immediately.

comfy room, cleanliness. Mr. Wali Khan, hotel manager, was very helpful.

deluxe rooms occupants have to pass thru tables outside restaurant. need to have exclusive entry/exit passage.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is well trained and courteous.

Although they committed for complimentary mattress for kids but charged extra Rs 3000 for the mattress
