What we enjoyed was the breakfast in the restaurant that was pretty good and the staff from the restaurant were really nice. The pool was also nice and clean. Rooms were pretty big and nice.

Overall our stay was DISAPPOINTING due to not having hot water on our first night & the hotel’s lack of communication regarding our stay payment through Booking.com during our check out. The night we arrived we wanted to shower at 11pm & that’s how we found out there was no hot water. Tried complaining to front desk only to find out NO ONE past 11:30pm was at the front desk until the following morning! (We literally could have left with out them noticing.) because of that we had to sleep without showering after a full day of traveling, oh and one person of our group had to shower with cold water. Following morning everything was fixed and went to front desk to inform that we would like a discount for our first night experience which at first they just smiled and basically ignored our request. Also, during our check out we asked for the discount and again was ignored and after calling again to complain we only got $50 off ($1,000pesos ) for our first night. TO TOP IT OFF, I get a text from the hotel through WhatsApp informing me that my payment didn’t go through and to pay through a payment link they sent. After asking why they said “we had a misunderstanding with Booking.com on processing the payment”. I couldn’t process the payment through the link they sent because it only accepts MX Debit/Credit. I’m not sure why they didn’t mention this during the check out since I was standing right in front of them for 10 MINUTES and even asked “after the check out everything is fine right?” After my travels it was very STRESSFUL knowing that I had to still process the transfer through my bank. THIS WAS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from the staff & the hotel!!

Great restaurant.

Very loud very late into the night: loud music continued until 2 AM. Single pane sliding glass door provides no soundproofing. In addition to the loud music, you could hear anyone walking by like they were in your room.
