I liked the easy accessibility and security. Most of all, the breakfast options were exceptional.

The switches in the rooms were a bit confusing to operate. However, it did not affect the quality of the stay.

Eventho I do not speak Portuguese, the reception was very helpful and made my stay a comfortable one. Sandra was super receptive and helpful too

Excellent Location Close to the Mall. Hotel reminds me of an Hampton Inn. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Very clean hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good if you plan to leave city and visit the small towns on the road. It has access to shopping mall and there are pharma and supermarket nearby. As the city is not big, this hotel is not too far from downtown and comercial center, around 5 to 10 min drive and you arrive. They provided cleaning service and breakfast is served with good variety of food. The room feels very new and modern style.

The room is actually smaller then what it looks from the photo. Window only can open around 10cm and not enough to have fresh air inside. Maybe it's city issue, but there are some mosquitoes, and I believe hotel could help to solve. They don't provide room service. Bathroom a little bit dark.

Bit far off the center

Everything was great! The room was comfortable, great shower, amenities and delicious breakfast. It was a bit far from the city center and nice restaurants, but very close to the mall and easy to get to from the airport.

The facillitties were clean and well kept, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall we were quite comfortable.
