Breakfast : I needed to leave quite early and everything was out on time, and had several choices, all good. Special note, I arrived later in the afternoon, early evening, and am 76 years of age. When checking in the Desk Attendant asked, "are steps a issue?" I said actually yes they can be. "well than lets be sure to get you a first floor room!" I have never had a desk clerk pay attention to customers, and anticipate their needs like this gentleman did. I believe his name was Tracy. Many places when you check in, they treat you like a diversion, rather than a customer. My thanks to him.

Everything was acceptable to perfect! nothing I didn't like

The staff was friendly, the room was large and clean. I was pleased with the comfort of the bed and the pillows. The hot water in the shower would last for days, I swear! After a cold snowy night, it felt amazing to just thaw out in the shower.

My room description said there would be a fireplace and a spa tub. I was looking forward to even an electric fireplace so I could read my book and relax after my cold night. One more thing. I wish there would have been at least 1 USB outlet in the room as I forgot my outlet end at home.

We always wish that somehow the vent/heater/air-conditioning unit were less noisy. I wear earplugs; that helps. And we noticed the room seemed somewhat humid or stuffy maybe? So we ran this unit all the time. The breakfast was very good with a good amount of variety; wish though that Cheerios and a granola-type cereal were offered. Maybe hot cereal too, but really, what was available was much better than similar hotels who offer only rolls, coffee, and maybe a couple cold cereals.

There was a dead bug mushed onto the ceiling. I removed some of it. The room seemed slightly muggy in its air. But the AC unit helped that. Maybe a quick lesson on how to swipe the room keycard. It took a few times for me to figure out the exterior door swiping: fast instead of slowly.

Better than expected for a Super 8 in general. I really liked the fireplace in the suite we stayed in.

Rear side door was very temperamental. Card key had to be inserted over and over (10-30 times!!!) to get the door to activate. Several times we just walked around the building to the front. Poor insulation made it sound like a herd of elephants were walking around on the floor above us for half the night - VERY noisy. Also the drapes are not floor length and there is no way to darken the room for quality sleep.

The location was, easy to get to the site of our events. However... two matters that need your attention: 1) the aircon/heater filter was filthy -- a thick layer of yucky stuff. I do not pay hotel fees to have to do my own cleaning! 2) the breakfast offerings were skimpy compared to other Super 8 stays. There was no change in the hot food menu, no tea in the breakfast room, no fruit, etc

Convenience and price. Restaurants were close by, as well as some shopping opportunities, if one needed something.

Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9am. My daughter started a waffle at 8:50 am. When she checked her waffle a few minutes later, she found out the power had been turned off already. Her waffle was not done on the inside.

Clean, comfortable room at reasonable price. But the room charge was “pre authorized “ and charged again when I got there which resulted in room charges on my bank account twice. I am assured one will come back off but in the meantime I’m not able to use the double charged funds. Otherwise, nice stay.

See above. They double charged for room. The room charges is “pending “ on my bank account twice. I am assured one will fall off. But don’t like that.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had bars in the shower- there appeared to be mold in one corner of the tub- not much. The breakfast was hot and good- porridge and homemade biscuits which you don’t always see. Coffee was delicious. There was coffee and tea in the lobby available all day.

Facility is dated for the price you pay.

Tracy and Willa provided superb customer service! The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower head needs attention. It was spraying all over the place and I had to do some maintenance to tighten it up to use it. We were in room 259 in the other building. Breakfast was excellent both days.

The toilet in the room kept clogging up and it probably was overlooked but they gave me a plunger it fixed it for a flush but clearly there was something bigger down the line that needed fixing but overall the stay was super quiet and relaxing.
