Everything. The receptionist was nice, called to ask the time when we would be there. Then it was super nice. In the night it was quiet even if everyone was with kids and babies. In the morning the breakfast was really good and a lot of food because we were coming late in the evening earlier and didn't have time to eat something, so the breakfast was a really good idea.

The place is really children oriented, my 8 month old really loved it. Also there were a lot of other children. Room was nice and clean. Liked the design.

Refrigerator in our room didn’t work, also there was some moisture damage in bathroom doorway. No ventilation, so we needed to sleep with open window, but it is very noisy from the street.

It felt quiet even though the room was very close to the busy road. The kitchen on the 3rd floor was useful and washing machine on site worked great. We came during non-busy season so it felt like we were the only ones at this hotel.

I wish the bathroom had better ventilation.

Really nice, clean and modern room, friendly staff and great breakfast (for the price, which was very cheap). Very nice and large room for kids with a lot of toys (and football table for older) :-) Highly recommended!

The breakfast lady was happy, shiny and kind to our company 5 kids each morning. Staff was helpfull for our 11 people company.

The location is not near to skiing, but if you have a car than to reach any place is 10 ~ 15 minits to Bialka Tatrazanja or Zakopane.

Close to Thermal baths. Train outside. Modern and clean.

Only thing that was missing were tea and coffee facilities in the room. As a female guest I didn't feel comfortable entering the communal kitchen to get cups alone in the evening.

Fantastic breakfast, cosy rooms, very nice staff. Easy transport to Zakopane, bus and train stops right outside the property.
