very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms and renovated, friendly and reliable room cleaning staff

Our room was a bit small, but still adequate for one adult and two small children. There was no seating in our room due to lack of space. A small shelf next to the beds would have been good. As it is centrally located, there are not many parking spaces. There is an in-house garage, but unfortunately not enough. You have to go to St. Jozef School, for example.

Lovely stay in a good location. Stayed here during the heatwave for the aircon and proximity to coast and also easy train to Ghent/Bruges. Suited my needs. Supermarkets near by and lots of restaurants. friendly staff

The only thing is the room was very small, which was fine as I was a solo traveller and only needed it for sleep. But it really would have been a struggle for two people!

Completely renovated, modern hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. Very dog friendly hotel, they are allowed even in the breakfast area. Also the house dog hangs around. :-) employees are super friendly. Location is walking distance from the boulevard and beach

Slight smell in the bathroom. Needed to keep the windows open for fresh air. I think it has to do with the sewer system.

Nicely updated, close to beach front if you want it. Pet friendly. Decent breakfast.

Parking is difficult. Quite Small rooms, stairs are not for the faint of heart. No matter how old, take the elevator unless there’s a fire of course.

Very good location, close to the beach, friendly staff, very nice breakfast, good wifi, we could keep our bags at the reception for the whole day after check out. We had a family room which has a completely separate room inside. We really liked it. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. I definitely recommend it for short stays.

Not much space in the bathroom, no hairdryer (I think) and no hangers for towels. Insulation wasn't great but apparently they will renovate the older part of the hotel this winter.

Modern bedrooms, new bathroom, very clean, good choice of breakfast and very good location.

The pillows were too soft and gave us neck pain and made our overnight stay less comfortable. The room could also do with a small fridge. The noise outside is very loud, perhaps double glazing if possible.

A fantastic stay at Hotel Jose, a warm and friendly welcome, accessible parking and a fantastic family room. We all slept well and were really impressed. Thank you!

the location is perfect. very close to the beach, center, and train station. it was clean. nice staff. clean and equipped bathroom.

no soundproof wall. no view. no air conditioner. the fridge didn't function properly. we were supposed to get one double bed and two single bed but we got bunk beds as two normal single bed.

The buffet, vegan yogurt and milk available👏🏻 It was really clean. Dogs were allowed ☀️ Nice Stuff!

The toilet seat was slipping away and the sound isolation wasn’t that good. Could hear people talking and laughing/dogs barking.

The hotel was clean, historic, comfortable, welcoming and close to the beach.

We found it hard to find parking but that was because of a big running race in nearby Bruges and a popular walk and locals having a holiday week.
