Location was great, close to a variety of places to eat, shop, take a tour. The bed comfortable, shower had bath wash, shampoo and conditioner and AC. You are given a ticket for breakfast, which for us was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling. Plenty to see right out the front entrance, big AGUASCALIENTES letters steps away, nice little park, Front desk arranged pick up to airport at time requested, you pay your driver, no big deal. Nice hotel, would book again, first time visiting Aguascalientes.

Great location in the city historic center. The staff is super friendly and they are glad to help in any way they can to make your stay pleasant.

some of the street facing rooms are noisy. Since the hotel is very close to the cathedral, some religious people start preaching at 5:30am for about an hour with the help of a mic and speaker that plays very loud religious music. Unfortunately there's nothing the hotel staff can do about it.

The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I had a room with two beds, which was too small, making it hard to move around comfortably. Also, the breakfast selection lacked variety, which was disappointing for a multi-night stay.

Perfect location right on the main Plaza Patria with all of the historical sites within walking distance. The view from the room was excellent (make sure to ask for a room facing the Plaza and not one of the interior rooms). On site parking made chech in and check out very easy, something not always found in urban hotels in Mexico.

Nothing. Everything from cleanliness, helpful staff and excellent breakfast were beyond expectations.

A fantastic location right in the centre of town. The room was clean but small, with a nice view of the central square. Most sites of interest and a lot of restaurants and shops were within an easy walk.

The bathroom layout was very cramped and while most of the staff were friendly, some were not.

They allowed me to check in at 7am!!!! Our plans didn’t go accordingly and we were stuck in the early morning but the staff were super kind to let us check in early. We will definitely be going to this hotel more often for our Aguascalientes trip

Staff is always great. It's in a good location, and breakfast is included. Close to good restaurants and shopping. And cutest relaxing coffee shops.

Chruch bells right next door ringing early in the morning. But I can't complain. It's the culture here.

The afternoon porter is the sweetest person. Enjoy our conversations every year I stay here. The staff is courteous and friendly. The hotel is close to shopping, dining and lovely cafes.

Elevators are a bit small, but it is an old, well-built building.

The staff was great, very clean, I always feel so good in the right place. Just one thing, to much noise outside and the window was moving for the loudest music outside at the night concerts. I recommend change the windows in some rooms.

To much noise outside and the windows don't support it. They bribe to much. They need to do something about it
