I really like the friendly staff and the unique, homey atmosphere they are going for here. I can see there have been upgrades since my last stay. I chose Sleep Inn & Suites because it is located right off I-155 with a truckstop and walmart nearby.They are also the mid range price option for that area.

The hotel isn't to blame, but the area has really gone downhill in the past few years. It doesn't feel safe for an overnight stop anymore. The mall across the street closed up shop and was replaced by a discount store and a gym. Food options nearby are all kinda sketchy except maybe the cracker barrel that is in a tricky spot to get to.

Loved the breakfast, the staff, the room it was very comfortable, beds were comfortable, they had a board of activities/ things to do, also had a list of restaurants in the area which was very helpful especially if you've never been to the area. They also had drinks and snacks for sale. I will say this they have other doors you can enter from on the sides of the building you use your room key to open the door. Which is great especially if you have a dog you can go out the side door to take your dog out to potty and then can enter in through the side door instead of having to go in through the front.

The water in the shower was Luke warm I was lucky to get it somewhat hot the second day i was there, I had to call the front desk to let them know. they were going to move my husband and I to a different room but there weren't any available so they let maintenance know.

The staff was super friendly. I loved the easter decorations. Plus the bed was wonderful. I didn't want to get out of it.

The elevator is old and creaky. I wasn't comfortable taking it. Also, the suites had been overbooked, and I was given a smaller room. It wasn't a big deal because I was just staying one night. However, it would have been nice to know ahead of time.

This trip was with grandparents and elementary aged children. We found friendly staff and clean facilities. We stayed on a Thursday and Friday night. The indoor pool was perfect and we used the pool 3 times while there. Plenty of towels were provided in the pool area. The breakfast was good and offered many choices both hot and cold. We needed linens for the pull out bed and the hotel service crew helped immediately and with happy attitudes. It's very obvious that the staff get along and work well together. We will choose to stay again next time.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast as much as other motels. The eggs were powdered.

Twice in 6 months I have stayed here, I loved it each time. Staff is always great, rooms clean and always feel safe at this location. Now a Bonus question for you...You beds sleep great. I meant to look at who made them, but forgot. So where do you get you mattress and pad.

Sat in a broken chair, in the outdoor patio area and went thought it, told the staff so they could remove it. I did not get hurt or anything, but would be nice if they checked the plastic chairs. Still could have happened after they checked, just hate to see you get sued over something stupid like that.

The room was big so plenty of space for a family of 4. It is very quiet in the room. You cant really hear any outside noise or noise coming from other rooms at all. The hot breakfast was good! The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff were really friendly.

Everything was really great but the one thing I could say is that the carpets need to be shampooed. I have a toddler who is between walking and crawling so he was crawling most of the time and his knees and tops of feet were dirty from the floor.

The location is perfect! The staff are always so friendly, and helpful. Everything is always so clean, and believe me, I check. We always get the best sleep here!! This was my 2nd time staying there, and I plan on that being the only place I stay when I come back.l for future visits.

I wish that the pool would’ve been warmer to at least room temperature, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.

We always stay here when we come into town because I never have to question whether or not our room will be clean and comfortable. we always have an enjoyable stay

Everything is great, only minor problem was with the shower. Sometimes it’s hard to regulate the water temp and seems as if air gets in the pipes because it does this weird pulsing thing. but once you get it figured out, you’re good to go

I love the customer service and housekeeping. Everyone was welcoming, very knowledgeable, and made staying at the hotel worth the money. Breakfast was good and every moment my son and I were there felt a little like home, plus it was quiet. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Gregory checked us in and I wanted to recommend that he was very helpful when checking in, I didn't know how to ask for 1st floor room on booking.com. This was my first experience with booking my room on line, anyway he was able to get us on the first floor, which helped with my walking disability. He was fast and accommodating after our 9 hr drive with swollen feet and legs. We all were so happy with our service, I couldn't wait to give Gregory 5 stars ✨. He really was special for handling us with care and concern for my sister's and my disabilities, he offered us a handicap room but we just needed 1st floor with a short walk to the parking. He is a wonderful fellow!

I slept in and was the last one to go down and eat. 2 x I went down to eat at 8:00am and there was no bacon on the bar. Everything else was good 👍. The tub clogged when we showered and it was slippery with the bubbles when getting out of the shower.
