This was our second visit for a reason, we really like this hotel. What it does the best is providing the basics and more you need to have a comfortable stay: - clean and sound proof room, you physically cannot escape the occasional noise totally, but it’s close to perfect 🧘‍♂️ - breakfasts are great regardless what time you come down to the restaurant, all the food is always available and regularly refilled, has a wide variety to chose from, coffee is tasty, fruits, croissants, omelet station and more 🥐 - staff is friendly 🫶 - we had a superior room with view and balcony, worth every penny paid ⛰️ - free and paid parking options 🅿️ - SPA, gym, rest of facilities for you to enjoy 😎 - Nova Poshta post box terminal is a killer feature 🙌 Special thanks to our waitress (sadly I did not remember her name) in the restaurant at lunch. She asked other visitor to turn down the volume of his phone while he was watching some video while everybody was having a calm lunch, nobody asked her to do so, but she demonstrated care and professionalism. This is a sign that staff at hotel has high level of hospitality training. I know it as I am a former hospitality worker in the USA 🇺🇸

This may not be directly related to the hotel, but to the area in general. There is no designated sidewalk when you want to have walk down or up to the main area of Bukovel, so you are forced to walk on the road with a risk of being hit by the car. Of course, the chance is very low as there is close to none traffic there, but still each time a car passes by you need to watch out. This is just something to have in mind. BTW you may also use track #7 slope to go up and down, but it’s more steep

The hotel is couple of walking minutes from the city on a hill. Fantastic location, as it is very quite and has amazing views. The room was big and had a great terrace with amazing view on the forrest. Great SPA with a very big outdoor space that also offers great views. Top breakfast that offers lots of variations.

My stay at the Radisson was incredible! The hotel is centrally located with incredible mountain views. It's easy to get around from the hotel to explore Bukovel and activities in the area with the free shuttle just outside the entrance. The facilities in the hotel, including the spa, sauna, and restaurant are outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!

The location is just perfect. The best location in Bukovel. The room was huge, with a spacious bathroom and a big window. The hotel is perfect but needs renovation, frankly speaking.

The quality of the pillows and especially of the blanket. It was old, so I was really cold at night, felt uncomfortable and it spoiled my stay because I did not sleep well before an important event for me - my sports competition the next day. Really disappointing.

Everything - gorgeous location in the heart of the mountains but at the same time quite close to the center; incredible atmosphere because of super friendly staff; and fantastic breakfasts with a large variety of delicious food.

Everything was perfect!

I particularly like the location, the roomy and easy parking, especially the underground one, the large and bright, high-quality SPA, and the compact but well-equipped gym. The restaurant (Mont Blank) is excellent, although the menu is limited. Breakfast is varied and delicious.

Rooms are a bit worn out. A double bed is a strange concept—two single beds on wheels. The bed will move if you lie down inaccurately. Observed in several rooms: Junior Suite, Family Suite

I had been to Bukovel before, so I chose the hotel consciously, knowing that it is set on a hill surrounded by nothing but spruces and aspens. I wanted to stay in a place that is tranquil and secure - and it was. The view from my balcony was breathtaking, the bed fit for kings and the bathroom palatial. The swimming pool - albeit crowded at times - was a delight.

I had stayed in two Radisson Blu hotels before and so can draw comparisons. I found breakfasts in Bukovel inadequate and overpriced (I initially booked a stay without breakfasts but changed my mind when I arrived). Another problem was the absence of shuttles. Since the hotel lies at an elevation, walking uphill after a day filled with activity is a challenging exercise for some. I was told by a receptionist this service had been provided before but then discontinued. I believe it should be resumed.

Although hotel is built like 10 years ago, it's still modern and clean all around. The staff is just TOP ever. Everywhere. This says a lot. Overall, everything was on a high level. Ski-room has millions of locker. And there is a ski rent right next doors to the ski-room. You ski from the hill almost directly to the ski-room. I like that.

SPA and pools didn't meet expectation. Nothing bad, just regular. Maybe, the main pool could be a bit warmer. I didn't have the desire to hang there all day long.

Location (right on the hill, higher than any other hotel at Bukovel) and hotel facilities are great! SPA is very clean and large, with variety of saunas and very warm temperature at the pool area and in the pool. Kids very happy to visit the children room.

Breakfast is not good enough - the oatmeal was bad and no fish. The food at the restaurant (like for lunch and dinner) is tasty, but the menu is quite poor, again - no fish. Maybe it occurred, actually, because of war as there are really difficulties with supply.

Location and overall convenience for ski and family travelers, good food

No special foods for travelers with special needs (allergies, vegans), a bit old, spa needs renovation, hot jacuzzi and more children equipment
