Rooms well sized, good layout with sofa option. Clean and stylish with good amenities. Bed very comfortable and the air conditioning easy to use and works well. Breakfast choice was excellent with a range of tastes catered for. Staff organised the space well in a friendly professional manner. We enjoyed a good 3 course breakfast here with lots of options to choose from.

Rooms could use more surface space and definitely need a full height mirror!

Hotel and the room was very nice. I like the toilet with multiple water ejection cleaning options. Toiletries were also good. Bed was comfortable and room lightening was good. The room was clean.

Breakfast didn't have many options and it was expensive breakfast.

Location - walking distance from many restaurants and city centre. Also self-laundry washing machines are a positive. And near train station. My request for Iron & Ironing board was provided.

Toilet - bathroom floor does not drain water readily. And white stains on the floor.

Always the general experience in this hotel chain is nice. There could be some small things that you are not 100% satisfied, but I'd rather choose this hotel than other brands of hotel.

It would have been nicer if there were enough space in parking lot. There wasn't unfortunately, so we should park our car a bit away from the hotel and walk all the way through the street which is full of nightlife. If you have kids, this might not be pleasant experience.

First I stayed here for 1 week, and because I felt comfortable here, the bed is comfortable, strong shower water pressure, the room is clean, nice laundry room, and the location is strategic, I extended my stay to a total of 3 weeks. The next time I travel to Cheonan I will stay here again.

Spacious room. Other guests previously had bad reviews on the room condition and services. However, during my stay, it was okay.

Reception staff was amazing and one of them could speak English which was very helpful. Location was great and close to so many places to eat and it’s all within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean.

front desk personnel could not communicate well in English, also unable to even call a taxi for us. I think this needs to be changed

Location , cleanliness and price were just right. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Hall way to our room was a little dark.

Breakfast was good, but more expensive than it was worth.

The price of breakfast was too high. The room was a little too warm and I couldn’t not turn the heat any lower.
