I had a truly wonderful stay at this charming hotel, set in a beautifully preserved historic building. The renovation has been done with great care, maintaining the original character and unique details of the rooms, while offering modern, spacious, and well-equipped bathrooms. The entire place is full of personality, with quirky touches and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bar and courtyard are vibrant and full of life throughout the day, often buzzing with locals—giving the place an authentic and lively feel. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, but be prepared, most of them don’t speak much English, BUT with use of Google translate, everything goes smoothly. Highly recommended for those who appreciate historic charm, a lively local vibe, and warm hospitality.

Location excellent, underground parking available on site. Secure. Staff excellent , Diego vary helpful, spoke English. Food in restuarant great and good value. Charming old building steeped in history , real charm and character, large rooms, superb shower and terrific value. Meals and breakfast also wonderful, this is not the holiday inn, so be patient and enjoy the Mediterranean experience.

This is a local bar frequented by the locals, so can get very noisy ! Especially when the whole family is there with children playing outside. We had a room over the bar courtyard and it was bedlam! You could close the shutters but in the heat of the summer That would not be an option.

Food was excellent and proprietor worked hard at service. Room was on one level, easy to access from garage and very comfortable.

Would have liked bathroom dorr to close - it jammed open a good bit on floor tiles. Would have liked shower to be set up as impossible to try and do this due to size of enormous bath and small statured occupant.

Very pretty hotel, (not the easiest to find - there are a couple of roads closed in the town centre). Room not huge, but perfectly adequate - nice bathroom. Excellent dinner and good breakfast. Host very friendly, though limited English. We would certainly stay again.

Beautiful lodgings, beautiful village, beautiful landscape. We had such fun at dinner in the lovely garden. Not crowded with tourists. Plan to stay there again many times. The staff are friendly and helpful, every one.

The staff in the hotel were the most friendly and happy of anywhere we have stayed over 40 years of travelling around Spain.
