The spa. The massage and the staff were great! The food at the restaurant was also very good. The place in itself is located in beautiful surroundings. However, most of the staff is not very welcoming, particularly in the bar/restaurant area. It really does have an impact on your stay and I see similar comments from other guests. It would be great if they could work on that.

Beautiful setting and very quiet

No wifi at all in the bedroom which is an issue if you’re supposed to partly work respectively use baby phones. Breakfast was really limited and not much choice. Lack of fresh fruits or vegetables and also freshness of bread

Stunning scenery, stunning wildlife, lovely modern rustic architecture, close proximity to the sea and saintes maries de la mer! Strangely the hotel restaurant was closed monday and tuesday during peak season but once opened, excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return

Privat atmosphere of the cottage.

If more fresh tomatoes and fruits (peach, melon, apricot and prums) of the region had been served, it would have been better. The menu of dinner might have been changed everyday.

The property is very beautiful and very relaxed

The hotel is in the middle of nature. Absolutely exceptional !

Re dinner - we were booked in for 3 nights and intended to dine at the hotel each night. First night we all found a dish we liked (3 choices of starter, 3 choices of mains). But not being fish eaters reduced it to 2 choices! The second night we saw the menu was exactly the same. We were told it would not be changed until October. So we had to take taxis into town and back, as we wanted to have a drink (or two!). We have stayed there several times for more than one night, and do not recall being presented with such limited menu options. Perhaps we have misremembered? Our other problems came from faulty door and gate locks to the rooms - there was one change of room since even the staff could not lock the doors but the replacement room was not much better - could only be accessed via bathroom! It is unfortunate that important details such as this are not checked beforehand!
