Location good, and a nice small pool. The room we were assigned had not been cleaned / made up. So we got a new room. The fitness center was closed for remodeling. The place suffered several power blackouts, requiring the use of a large generator to keep the property functioning. Glad for the electricity, but the noise was unwelcome. It also knocked out our AC, but the staff was able to resurrect it. Beds good, wifi good and the small bath was fine. No microwave / mini fridge. They arranged a chauffeur forum to return us to the airport for our very early flight, and as such we did not have the included breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff that were plagued with multiple building issues during our stay.

After a look around one could see a lot of deferred maintenance - Glass doors that would not open to the pool area, non working room telephones, and the odd power failures while the rest of the city appeared to have electricity. Uncertain if the exercise room by the pool area was being remodeled or discontinued. Either way it was unavailable.

Really nice place. Clean and close to a big mall if you're on foot and need something. ONLY BAD THING....the water pressure. It would flow and just stop or go to a very slow drip which was annoying when you have soap in your eyes. Staff was great and have no other complaints other than the water pressure while showering.

From the time we checked in to the time of check out everything went well. Breakfast was delicious and they have a lot to choose from light breakfast to beans and sausages. The only thing it was not pleasant was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I guess it is a drain pipe that has to be there but shoul be covered in a way that does not interefere with its function but discipate the bad smell.

Breakfast choice was limited. No live counter and most were frozen stuff. As business traveller world over, the focus is on breakfast and hence hotel should have more varieties of breakfast to cater to all kind of audience

Very clean, comfortable, good price, great staff, great organization, available parking spots, great location.

Pool access. You have to get someone to open the facilities and let you out, which is not feasible.

The Spacious rooms and comfortable Beds were better than average and great for the price.

They only gave us two towels, the toilet needed work because it kept wasting water. Not a big deal.

Very nice hotel located close to downtown, shopping mall and restaurants. It was excellent for our one day stay in San Pedro Sula. Breakfast was good. Nice secure parking with access to elevator.

Everyrhing. Location, facilities, staff, value, we were even given 3 bottles of water, one for each. Never happened in other up scale hotels that I've stay in. My favority hotel in San Pedro Sula from now on.
