This is a second time I come to this hotel. First of all, I believe that this idea of combining apartment and hotel room that Residhome aparthotel uses is actually a great idea! You have literally everything in your room that usually people have in apartment (kitchen, microwave, regulated heating, glasses, spoons, knives, forks, fridge, etc. - I even do not remember everything). I personally do not use much of that, but it is clear that people would love that. For me personally, it is very useful that they have a safe box in the room, where you can safely leave your valuables. The personal is just great, very polite and helpful, I am very much thankful for all of them! I was stupid enough to make an error and to mistakenly block my safe box because of misuse, but they came and rescued me immediately :) The breakfast is nice and tasty, and I find it very nice that on every table there are like greeting cards with a theme "Did you know?" that tells you nice stories about different food and drinks, for example, about coffee. And I also would like to mention that the place itself is very nice. Green, quiet, charming, relaxing. The hotel is just at the edge of a real forest! It was very nice to walk and run there (and you can do it absolutely safe. The chance of being eaten there by a wild wolf in very low. Trust me). The town itself is very charming, a lot of green scenes, river (called Yvette, that's why the name of the town), bridges, etc. It is quite good that you can stay in such environment and enjoy the calmness of a country side, and at the same time you can take RER B train (around 15 min slow walk from the hotel) and go to Paris within about 30 min, so Bures-sur-Yvette is actually a very close suburb of Paris. And do not forget to enjoy the local boulangerie (bakery) - there are at least two of them in the town.

Well, if I find out something that can be improved, I will definitely let you know. You know, probably there is always something that can be improved. But currently I do not have anything like that that comes to my mind. Really nice place!

The staff were kind, thoughtful and accommodating to our needs. The location was great, and the surroundings very peaceful. We were delighted to see the breakfast was organic and the coffee fairly traded, very rare in hotels these days.AkA

Although the apartment was very clean and the bedding fresh and crisp, there was a lot of dust under the bed, and the kitchenette was under-equipped as far as knives, scissors etc are concerned

It was a conference trip with a hotel chosen to be close to the Saclay University. I liked the area around (with deer in the forrest)! Very quiet and nice. The hotel room met my expectations, nice bed, nice kitchenette with all the utensils needed. If I would need to visit the same University center I will choose this hotel again :)

Nothing.

Front desk syaff was always available, multilingual, and very helpful. Our two room suite was larger than expected and well equipped. Everything was well maintained in our room and in the facility. Appreciated having a chocolate gluten free rice cake option at most breakfasts.

Breakfast was only ok, and we were disappointed that eggs were only available to boil at breakfast for 2 of the six days of our stay. Poor maintenance of their clothes driers meant hanging wet clothes in our room. Bathtub access seemed risky with only one small place to grab when climbing in.

It is a quiet, a bit isolated, place next to a wonderful petite forest to hike after a dinner. I loved it! The room was big and it had a refrigerator, cutlery, pans, and a place to cook.

At first, it is hard to find this place and its entrance. That's it.

Quiet and safe location, not far from RER B Bures-sur-Yvette. Good for visits to the Paris-Saclay University. If you want to visit the "Plateau" part of the campus, be prepared to climb the hill (about 70 m of elevation, through the woods) but there is a staircase, so no need to be afraid of the weather and of muddy paths, and the staircase and the walkways are iluminated after dark. The room included a small kitchen, fridge, microwave, sink and utensils, so it was very convenient for self-catering.

Not too many restaurants in the vicinity (except the hotel itself; but I have not tried it and I actually do not know whether they offer anything else than the breakfast).

Nice location, quiet green place, not far from RER B station, country style pastoral atmosphere, polite personnel, good tasty breakfast. The room is equipped literally with everything, including safe. Overall very good impression!

the location close to the university and the forest + ability to cook simple things in the evenings + good wifi + organic food + sort of waste (may be good to add info on how to sort as not everyone is aware of what go where)

I was missing some olive oil and salt/pepper for the cooking, but not a big deal

Bio breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, nice scenery, lovely town, everything is perfect.

Nothing to complain. But maybe better if the facilities are more modern.

Hotel needs renovation. Furniture in the bathroom was damaged by water.
