Private access to door outside, was very quiet, food was warm and fresh. No Kids or druggies running down the hall

Only apples for fruit, staff barely acknowledges guests aside from check-in. No explanation about area, suggestions. All and all though it was worth it and will be returning. Definitely more interaction (maybe greeting guests as they come in lobby or to eat) customer service is a huge aspect.

Husband enjoyed the breakfast. It was a nice comfortable, clean room in a quiet location. Encounters with the staff were always pleasant.

The room was dark- hard to get ready for a wedding. A big part of the room where the table and chairs are didn’t have any electrical outlets. Toilet seat is quite low.

All foods were fresh. Your team were very friendly.

We found scrumbled egg and pork sausage were in same serving dish. Guests who have food restriction they will not like it. I saw one guest used same spoon for sausage and scrumbled egg because both were served in same dish.

The accommodations were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The staff were helpful when I asked for something. The breakfast was hot and there were lots of different things to choose from.

The pillows were very big and a bit hard so I wasn't able to get comfortable at night. I've been to other hotels have have different pillows available since there were eight in the room, but these were all the same

Super clean , beautiful bedding the a/c was at perfect temp when I walked in . Breakfast was way above average.

I told front staff I was working nights and came for a nap before I left at 11pm, they called my room phone which is across the room from the bed 1 hour into my nap they knew about . Make sure you are listening to your guests.

The building was new and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. I was able to check in early as my room was ready. The breakfast was also very good.

The TV in the room was small, the cable options were poor. The cable went out at 9:30 on me.

It was in the middle of a heat wave and they did not turn the air conditioning on in the lobby or the breakfast area so it was very uncomfortable.

The hotel itself would have given me a cheaper rate then booking through you because I was there for a funeral but I was unable at that time to cancel with you.

The thermostat was bizarre.It was so cold when we got in there.We tried to turn it up & the fan off but it would not work..Then randomly in the night it got very warm in the room & blew warm-ish air

The hotel staff was very accommodating, and gladly helped us out and provided a crib last minute when asked if they had any available. The staff were also very helpful when I locked both keys in my room and were able to get us back in quickly without issue.
