Location was perfect for us. The room was nice, parking very convenient. The breakfast - although crowded due to the wedding party - was all right.

Unfortunately, the elevator was broken and a wedding reception took place the first night, so we were in a side wing, had to drag the suitcases up the narrow staircase. But that can happen. What should not happen: we came back one night and there was no receptionist. We managed to get into the hotel (you have to really pull strongly at the door) but the lights did not come on. So we had to make our way through the dark to our room in to side wing, up some staircases … not so good …

The beds were comfy and room was nice. Also the. Real fast was great.

It wasn’t the cleanest. We arrived late and got shouted at by a rude lady on reception because we didn’t call to tell them we’d be late. However, we never received any information that we should call if we were going to be late. I messaged the property about check in time 3 days earlier and they never bothered to reply.

A very nice location- a palace turned into an hotel with superb gardens. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and very generous in size. Wi-Fi is good. They have a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast or a drink later in the day. Breakfast is good- although we expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel. Parking is also good….lots of places. The hotel is in a quiet location and a pleasant walk to the centre of the town

I think that is a problem everywhere at the moment but the wasn’t enough staff….in the morning the same girl was doing the omelettes and running the front desk. Maybe because it was a bank holiday weekend…

Breakfast was very good, Bed was really comfortable. Very nice hotel!

As we arrived a little late - there was not a receptionist anymore - only the guy who worked in restaurant. Maybe thats the reason we got wrong room. We paid for suite, but did not get it. Next morning, if i said it, they apologise for that but what else they can do. They offered that we stay 1 more night, but that was not a option for us, Nevertheless Hotel was beautiful and staff was friendly. They also gave us 1 buttle of wine for a apology, which tasted very good.

The room was great as it should be for a 4 star hotel. We got an upgrade of the room which was very nice.

We got at the breakfast like 1 hour after it was open, but there were no clean tables available and lots of food was missing. Based on the part that was the same one person working in the dining area and at the reception it was understandable that she cannot make it all in time. So more for the hotel to improve.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend getaway at Schlosshotel Bad Neustadt. Our dog was welcomed everywhere. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the facilities were excellent. We stayed in the Park Suite, overlooking Kur Park. The room was very large and well furnished. The location of the hotel was just a short walk through the park to many dining and shopping in the Altstadt area of Bad Neustadt. Many wonderful hiking and biking trails nearby. Parking was very easy. Breakfast was very good and offered fresh squeezed orange juice and a nice selection of bread, meat, cheese, cereal, and much more.

Nothing, everything was wonderful.

It is a very nice hotel , very well situated, very good breakfast. The wi fi is very strong and good.

The restaurant is open only Wednesday trough saturday so if you are hungry on the other day s , good luck. But the food at the hotel restaurant when it is open is very very good.

The location, surroundings, and the room.

Some guests who came to stay in the hotel and dressed as if they have just been digging at the back garden or yard. Also, at breakfast the service should be faster and better as some food was missing, tables were cluttered with dishes of the guests who have just eaten and there were lack of set tables.
