The staff named Mayur from front desk helped me and my family from an emergency situation. We were stuck 70 kms away from hotel due to car issues. He connected me to a travel agent and ensured we reach hotel safely. His selfless help is greatly appreciated. The room was done before we reached. The staff is courteous.

The driver room has very little ventilation

for driver-stay 1st time facility were available and as our stay was extended we again approached for 2nd day stay , room was available for us BUT NOT FOR THE DRIVER so we had to go to another hotel

The foood is good. Hotel is at prime location.

There were mosquitoes in the close room and lot of noise around of people wlaking in corridor etc. Room was clean and little smaller than expected. Room service was good. It's a good budget hotel at affordable rate.

Reception staff very polite, helpful and smiling. Was checked in by Dineshji and Mayurji. Very efficient. Housekeeping staff helpful. Restaurant staff very well trained.

I would like to thank the entire team of the hotel.It was my wife's birthday and the entire team ensured to make the day special.Right from check in to the room ❤️.The room was decorated for birthday and a lovely bouquet was placed.

parking was an issue. also the access was not the most convenient. The restaurant did not make any effort to provide us a decent early morning breakfast as we were going to Palitana.

A very clean hôtel, room comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. They help us to plan visit around bhavnagar with taxi. Restaurant at the first floor is very good. Sweets in the room every evening 😉
