Staff were very attentive and friendly and addressed our issues with the size of the room and lack of storage and moved us to a much bigger room quickly - the next morning. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety to suit everyone. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily if desired. The pool was lovely and clean. Beautiful hotel.

It is a little overpriced compared to other hotels with similar amenities. Car parking was charged at €8.50 per day, which we were not told about until the day we left.

Only a very tiny thing, wdn't have mentioned, but, as you asked, flimsy paper cups in bathroom!

The room: very good size, comfortable beds, separate toilet, good air con, overlooking the parking lot and quiet, shutters that kept the room dark. Location: easy to get to by car (we booked a parking space), 2 mn walk to a large supermarket, 5mn walk down to the high street Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. I would stay at this hotel again.

There's no lift to get to the first floor. Something to keep in mind for someone with mobility issues or with heavy luggage.

When we entered our room upon arrival there was a funny smell. Immediately the front desk gave us a new room. The hotel itself was roomy and comfortable, well situated. The staff hard working and friendly. The breakfast was unbelievable! There were breads and brioche, croissants and chouquettes, fresh juice, eggs, sausage, pancakes, crepes, fresh fruit, almonds, chia seeds in coco cream — in brief, one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel.

The room was very comfortable and the bed provided the best night's sleep we had that week. The staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early. We were travelling by bicycle so we needed somewhere secure to lock them which they were able to provide. There is a swimming pool although we didn't use it, preferring the sea. The location was excellent, just out of the busy area but withing a few minutes walk of restaurants and bars.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room was not provided and it would have been appreciated. However, it is not common for this facility to feature in French hotels, so we were not surprised to discover these were not available.

Excellent for the star rating. Had everything one would need. Passing through from Charente Maritime, staying for 5 nights. Excellent breakfast. Had everything you could think of. Reception personnel very welcoming and helpful. Had an indoor pool.

No comfortable chairs in the room Only cleaned room once in 5 days. Toilet needed to be cleaned a little more regularly, as it was enclosed.

A comfortable hotel with secure bicycle storage for long-distance cyclists riding the Velodyssee Euro Velo cycle route. The buffet breakfast is excellent and of good quality. Close to restaurants and all amenities the hotel is an ideal stop-over and highly recommended. We have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and would certainly stay again.

There was nothing we disliked.

A very good hotel for cyclists on the Vélodyssee long distance cycle route with secure overnight bike storage. The buffet breakfast is of good quality with excellent choices including a hot option. I have stayed at the hotel many times and it is highly recommended for cyclists.

Nothing to dislike.

The room was excellent although I had to get used to the room card to get electricity, push the button by the do to operate heater and three-minute showers.

Should mention that when you pay online, there is still a small local tax to pay at check out time.

Excellent customer focus from reception staff. Good English spoken. Safe and secure bicycle storage in a garage 50yds away. Very good buffet breakfast available from 6.30am. Good WiFi.
