The staff was very helpful the food portions and the restaurant were a good quantity and good quality

For the beds are not very comfortable at least the one in my room it was about a 12-in thick piece of foam and that wasn't good for my back but I honestly don't expect any hotel to have a good bed

Rooms were great and food was superb. The staff was very helpful and we all enjoyed a good night's rest. The shower head needed replacing but everything else was wonderful..

it’s clean and comfortable and the ax might seem old but it was cool inside so that’s fine!

I like the wall paintings, the staff are helpful and always smiling. The hotel is huge but reception is not conducive for waiting and the staff are in heated areas the whole day in full makeup and stuff. I hope it will be renovated for a more comfortable experience for staff and guests.

I wish the room were ready when we arrived, I was communicating beforehand that we would arrive late -- way late check-in for them to prep it. The blankets are too thin and yellowish and old already. I hope they will change the sheets for a new one and charge the guests more. But the rate we paid should serve pretty decent blankets. Cabinets, Rooms, and doorknobs are pretty old. Also, all the extra things are at an extra charge. I hope that first satisfies the guest's comfort before charging them more. PLEASE CHANGE THE SHEETS TO A NEW ONE!

Good for kids because of the pool. Having water dispensers on each level is a great idea as it provided hot and cold water. Having their own restaurant and providing breakfast helps to not rush around ordering food somewhere else.

The place needs an update. It’s getting too old. There were carpenters when we are around fixing stuff which is good however noisy. The place really need to upgrade into accommodating disabled people.

The breakfast buffet doesn't have much option( they served tuyo and corned beef only along with eggs that also ran out out in the middle of the crowd that we have to wait another 20min to have the corned back and eggs back on the table)

The staff were accommodating.

The room smells like floor wax or rotten wood and it gave me a bad headache.
