Thank you manager Mike (Thanh)! We are a family of four (two babies under 2). We booked a premium corner room that was located on the 27th floor. There was a fire alarm (False alarm) and we had to exit the building using the fire escape stairways. As we did not know it was a false alarm I had to carry 2 babies down 27 flights of stairs (it was exhausting and worrying). As you can imagine I was very upset. The manager (Mike) was wonderful, he arranged an upgrade to a V.I.P Suite including Lounge access. This was amazing. The room was about 92m2, and was very beautiful. My family and I were over the moon with Mike's resolution to our problem. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, the staff, the location, the rooms, the food, the swimming pool. I have stayed here with my family 4 times now and will be returning in the near future with some other family from the UK. I never consider any other hotel when I visit this city as no where else can compare. As a side note, when I stayed there in the summer previously the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the beach, this is something we will be trying on our next visit.

I booked 'the level' which offered fast check in, snacks and drinks in the level lounge. This was all rather disappointing and not value for money that I have received at other hotel chains. Had to keep asking for items to be restocked, had to call down for staff assistance,. Check in was slow and painful, only difference to normall check in was a glass of juice and a cold towel. Melia you need to up your game.

Very good hotel, lovely spacious rooms, nice sky bar. Will stay again when visiting my wife's family.

Minor points: The lifts at peak times were really bad. Waiting 15 minutes for a lift. If you advertise a facility as open, then have staff there for it to be open. We were at the pool bar which was advertised as opening at 9am but no staff there. I asked an attendant from the pool who phoned for someone to come down from the upstairs restaurant, and they then needed to go all the way up and then back down for drinks.

I recently stayed at Melia Vinpearl and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The view of the city from my room was absolutely breathtaking.The pool was spacious and clean while the gym was well-equipped and perfect for a good workout. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The skybar was a highlight—great ambiance, refreshing drinks, and a perfect spot to unwind. The rooms and overall hotel were impeccably clean and modern, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. To top it all off, a high-end mall is conveniently located just around the corner, making shopping and dining easily accessible. Truly a flawless experience!

It was my 3rd time staying and we will be returning in Dec as we only live 100km away. We are a family of 4 with 2 babies under 2 years. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast, something for everyone. The pool is large and clean with towels. The staff are great and very helpful.

They all cars to park on the pavement, like all places in Vietnam. The problem is that the pavements are very high and they leave no room for a babies pram to walk, so we have to walk into the road. A few more sun loungers around the pool would be helpful also.

Lovely modern hotel in the centre of the city. The tallest building by a long way so great views. Fantastic staff throughout. Call out to Sua who oversees the restaurant and bar on the 34th floor, she was amazing. Great breakfast. And all great value!!!

The pool was lovely, but it seems that local children come to use it in the afternoons which is chaotic.

As with other Meliá hotels, the quality of the staff's service is noteworthy and meets expectations. It is very reassuring to know that at every Meliá hotel, there is a competent team truly there to assist you during your trip. The room is very spacious, modern, beautifully decorated, and has a large desk, perfect for remote work. The pool, gym, and spa are very clean and fully equipped.

The mini-bar in the room is not cold.

Hotel looks very nice. Rooms were spacious and had a nice view of Thanh Hoa. It's very convenient because it's situated on top of a shopping center that has coffee shop, grocery store and even movie theater. Also short walk to the Hoi An park. Food at the buffet was a highlight. Everything was delicious and wide range of food. Western and Vietnamese. Also you can park at the building's parking lot for free.

Everything was great especially for the price.

I live in VN with my wife and children. We need to come to Thanh Hoa for the hospital when are children are ill as our local village hospital is not very good. We always stay at this hotel. It is great, comfortable, caters to western visitors very well. The breakfast is out of this world. Also it is connected to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and a childrens entertainment centre.

Amazing hotel in everyway - best service so far in my 3 weeks of travelling Vietnam. My first contact was with the concierge a young man who went out of his was to help me from the moment I arrived until a left the following day. All staff were helpful and genuinely charming. The facilities from spa to restaurants cannot be faulted. My room was large, clean with a fantastic city view. Many nice shops and restaurants within walking distance

Cant think of anything - all good would stay there again if passing by Thangh Hoa
