This B&B is a family business and during our stay we had the pleasure to meet both Laura and Maria who were really helpful. Whatever questions we had, they tried to find an answer. Every morning we had fresh bread and pastry for breakfast. Special thanks to the mother who had made lovely orange cake :)

The location is challenging if you come with a car. Streets are narrow and finding a parking place is a nightmare. You can easily spend 30 minutes for finding one ...

Everything was nice. Charming and warm hearted owners, free shuttle from and to train station was provided too.

italian breakfast with oven–fresh bread and home-made cake, yoghurt, however no fresh fruit. it was very nice to talk with the landlady during breakfast. her husband had recommended a really great restaurant upon my arrival.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. The house is very well-kept, impeccable cleanliness. Bathroom was very nice. Location is top, just within the old town. Parking nearby. Good breakfast. Good recommendations from the owners concerning food options and local specialities / places to visit in general. Grazie mille e alla prossima.

The room was lovely and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, excellent recommendation for dinner (and even offered to make the reservation for us) and nice breakfast. The location is perfect to discover the centro storico of Altamura.

We stayed at la Colomba Saturday evening so it was quite loud with people discussing right in front of our room (but was understandable for us during the weekend). We came by car and you cannot drive in the zone of the B&B on Sundays, so we couldn't park next to La Colomba but they were very helpful and we could find a parking space around 10mn walk from the B&B.
