Lovely bed, great air conditioning, nice shower. The buffet breakfast was also great. And staff (owner?) were wonderful and pleasant.

No concerns whatsoever. On this trip to Austria I have stayed in 8 cities/towns, so 8 different accommodations - and this was the nicest. Maybe a bit more pricey, but well worth the money.

Location was close to old town. Lovely bread at breakfast.

The aircon thermostat cannot be made less cold. So you are freezing or it is off. The pool needs some more welcoming landscaping. But great to have air con and a pool in the heat!!

Very big room, modern facilities. Big free parking yard a few steps down the road ( they will give you a map and access code). Reception is very efficient check-in and check-out. Nice breakfast with good selection of food and drinks.

Absolutely amazing service! Staff at reception was super friendly and very helpful, the suite was very clean and we even received a dog treatment in the room - which was a cherry on the top :) The location is great, the town is very cute and perfect to enjoy some sightseeing or a walk. We already extended our stay for one more night and we will definitely be coming back!

A great modern and large room and bathroom with kitchen. A lovely look out onto the terrace. Close to down town shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff were very accomodating to our needs and went the extra mile.

The suite was large, tastefully decorated, WLAN fast, A/C, Minifridge, Nespresso machine, Water heater, WC was separate from bathroom, elevator. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Large hotel owned parking lot, easy to reach.

had to pay for the espresso capsules for the in-room espresso maker. Although just a very small amount , but could be included in the room rate and generate an even better customer service experience. Just food for thought

Spacious suite that felt very luxurious. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The suite was located across the street from the reception desk.

The suit we stayed was modern and specious. Well equipped, even with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was better than expected great selection and perfectly cooked eggs! Just at the edge of the old town center. Helpful staff. All in all a very good experience. Perfect place to explore the Wachau region.

We spent one night in the Klinglhuber Suites during our trip to Wachau. We planned the accommodation at the last minute and we were very pleasantly surprised with this, staff was very nice, the room and bathroom were spacious, clean and there was a Nespresso machine in the room. The continental breakfast was great. We are very satisfied with this accomodation.
