The staff where exceptional

The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets slipped during the night and the main cover was wool

simple cheap hotel with perfect location right opposite to Tiete bus terminal

Very convenient for the bus terminal.

The walls are thin and you can hear everything. The blanket in the room was full of hair.

Not giving the right room becouse workers sleep tjere and wanted to be alone in the room, no properly cups no dishes....minimon engagements in kitchen...could be better

The location is great if you need to take an early morning bus

The room was seemingly clean, but the bed sheets were brown and really worn out! The room didn't really have a window and the bathroom was really small. The staff was friendly but unexperienced. Also the room smelled of disinfectants to the point that it was unpleasant.

The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Also really close to the bus station so good for that.

The room was a box with no windows. The bed sheets were a bit dirty and had holes in them. The bathroom was tiny. Overall, very outdated.
