Friendly staff , very clean room with soft bed. Just a five minute walk to a decent restaurant next to the river. Free pickup from bus station. Able to hire a car and driver which us charged by the hour. Decent swimming pool

Maybe a bit remote if you like walking to town. Must be a couple of miles to walk to town , little or no pavement and dual carriage way

It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool was lovely. warm and clean. The staff were very helpful.

The room was very small compared to others for similar price. The property was a long way from town and taxis were in very short supply. we walked a few times but one had to go across a bridge which was not suitable for pedestrians and had to walk a long way extra to cross the bridge as there were no steps onto the bridge for pedestrians.

Our rooms were clean & comfortable & situated around the pool which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even arranged for us to have massages in our rooms- we were a group of 9- 4 adults, 4 teenagers & a 9 year old but nothing was too much trouble.

The walkways around the pool were very slippery. . Breakfasts could be better.

La Riva is a superb boutique hotel with well equipped, clean and comfortable accommodation. Rooms look onto the swimming pool which is idyllic.

Whilst not in the center of town, the location across the Ping river allows guests to find local restaurants that allow panoramic views of the Kamphaeng Phet promenade.

Really gorgeous hotel on the edge of the river. Guests can walk all the way down to the river for some beautiful views. The swimming pool was chilly but beautiful and the rooms were clean and cosy. Thoroughly recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel to stay when stopping overnight between Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Comfortable bed and a nice room. Nice little pool and friendly staff. We have stayed a few times and will be back 😁

Classic modern style and cleanliness.

Sound proofing not good as guests eating breakfast and talking loudly outside our room at 7am waking up our whole family in both rooms.

The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and comfy. We stayed here many times before and will be back for sure. Small local restaurant across the street.

A softer pillow would be nice.
