Everything. The view, specially the sunset, the staff, cleanliness, infinity pool, ambience, ... I recommend the desert buffet, so called afternoon tea. Rooms on 7th floor have the best view. In addition, the rooms on the far right and far left have wider view, because they are on the sides. Attitude toward customers was surprisingly good. For a billing mistake, they treated me with free dinner. The thing is that the mistake was that they undercharged me. Yes, they charged me less, then when fixing it, I got a buffet dinner. Lovely!

Dinner can have more western options. I remember a few years ago it had a wider variety. The same goes for breakfast. They don't sell cigarettes in the venue and the closest shop is a few km away. Pack up! Such a heaven might get ruined if you are out.

The level of service from the staff was of a very high standard. The facilities were wonderful despite the pool being a little cold. Overall, a delightful stay and somewhere we will return to.

The food on offer was somewhat limited and breakfast catered much more to a Taiwanese pallet. It would be nice if the egg station could be expanded to include omelets and a greater selection of bread be offered.

we are comfortable with our bed it was satisfying to sleep.the swimming pool is so beautiful we were amazed to the panoramic view,,unforgetable and almost perfect,i recommend this place as one of the best resort here in 🇹🇼 we are satisfied in every corner of this resort😍

Atmosphere and ambience during breakfast

The view from the hotel room is excellent. The location is not easy to get to without a car. We rented a car with a local driver. The infinity pool is great, and the sunset is beautiful

I wished the checkout time was a bit later, like 12, with a resort like this since the majority of the family were there for the pool and the view. We do need to get a shower afterward. This location is still pretty far from Kenting if your final destination is to Kenting.

i love everything about the resort except that i found a big cockroach in the balcony., its scares me alot., i hope next time no more insects.,

The room and the balcony overlook the sea and the sky. It was very relaxing to sit at the balcony to enjoy the scene.

The staff was very nice. But the staff at the restaurant was too quick in busing the table, even when I left to fetch the food, my table had been bused.

The first thing i like at the property is the view and the location (it is much better if the property has beach access 😅). The place is good for relaxing, it's so comfortable that we did have a good sleep and skip the happy hour. Mostly, the staff were accommodating that you won't hesitate to ask anything. Thank you for giving us our request to have a room at the upper level of the hotel.

If you don't have a private car, it's the inconvenience of getting there. Though they have a shuttle going to the bus station.

The hotel has a huge elevator with a circular cafe/bar on top that serves as a landmark, yet the architect forgot to build pedestrian access to the parking lot. Don't ask about access to the beach.
