My entire stay was great Location was perfect Staff always accommodated our needs

Well, the lobby/kitchen area was quite hot, The staff very apologetic about the ac issues. But, in south Louisiana it's been hot and only getting hotter.... sorry but it was like a slap in the face being It's so hot out and your so looking forward to that wonderful cool air your expecting... but I also overheard other guest make comments about it. Fans were circulating, but hot air I Pray it gets fixed soon. Thank you

THE STAFF!!! All were very pleasant. Housekeeping dropped everything to help me out three different occasions.  Front desk staff was extraordinarily kind as well as the lady taking care of the breakfast buffet. The room was perfectly clean when I arrived.  This is a bit trivial…the vending machines did not gouge a tourist, thank you! The ice machine was great and I enjoyed the refrigerator/freezer in the room. Pool was beautiful but didn’t get the opportunity to jump in. Additionally, the pavilion with grills provided is a nice added touch but again did not use. 

Peculiar cone shaped “devices” in disrepair at the base of the parking light poles. I had to stretch to find something amiss lol.

It was really good. The sausage and eggs were just what we needed. I loved the way the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were right there in the shower. It was a nice surprise. Also the air conditioner was quiet and didn't turn on and off all night like most hotels. It was a nice quiet humm.

The location was great and the hotel was well kept and the staff was more than friendly and I felt that if there was a need they especially Delisa they would accommodate me.

There nothing that I did not like, the place was quaint in a good spot. The room was clean and everything was in working order and I am sure If I needed something the staff would be there. I would look to have a non-pork option but there was none. That is what I would recommend.

Everything I ate was good. I really enjoyed the Nature Valley Bars. The outside pool was awesome. The location of our room was great and so was the room, very spacious. The staff was very pleasant. ☺️

I found the breakfast drinks a little too thick for my liking.

This hotel was very clean, the decor was pleasant, the staff was exceptionally friendly and there was a large variety of breakfast items, hot and cold. We quite enjoyed our stay here and will stay again when we come to town! I highly recommend the Sure Stay Best Western in Leesville!

Everything about SureStay was great! Great location, staff was awesome and very attentive. Even though I don't really care for open type hotels this one is a keeper. Clean quiet and accessible. Loved it, I really enjoyed my stay. I will be coming back next time I'm in Leesville 😉.

The bathroom. It was small, but overall everything was still nice

The hotel was clean and tidy at all times of the day or night. The employees are the best anyone could ask for. They are friendly. Courteous and tidy. Especially the housekeeping staff. They rate a 100%. The best.

Breakfast. Too many sweets. Couldn't find silverware.

Great little gem tucked away. Passed it for years and never noticed. I almost stole the mattress because it was so comfortable. Better than my expensive one at home. Great experience.

Nothing was bad

We were able to get a room with short notice. The staff, especially Yolanda, was kind and courteous and went out of their way to make us comfortable.
