Quiet, comfortable, and convenient rooms in the historic district of Offida. The building and rooms have a lot of character. Good wifi. Adequate breakfast Great view from the windows.

The room is quite comfy, clean and cute. The view from the window in the morning was EXCEPTIONAL. Truly truly worth it.

A luggage stand. A top sheet and "layers", not a duvet. Duvets= the Devil's invention.

It's time for a new mattress. That one was pretty saggy on one side.

Nice room with a great view over part of the town and countryside. Good coffee machine for the self service breakfast (packaged brioche&crostata, juice in fridge etc). Excellent location right in the old town near some restaurants and bars (limited opening in the off season). Right at the doorway will be lacemakers to see :)

Not a problem for me, but there are quite a few stairs and no lift. The doors are not well soundproofed. You can hear the TV of the other guest very clearly. When I had the floor to myself, it was very quiet.

Location was perfect. Good water pressure.

Bed and bedding. Strong perfume throughout the building. No capacity to heat water for a cup of tea.

Located in the heart of the village, a convenient stopping point en route to Urbino. Perfectly well equipped and the owner was helpful & friendly. The terrace proffered a great view over the valley.

The breakfast was pretty basic and all pre-wrapped. The mattress in the smaller room was not so comfortable.
