My recent stay at Radlett hotel was truly an exceptional experience, despite the unfortunate cancellation of my flight for later day. From the moment My family and I walked through the doors, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The room featured modern amenities such as a large flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar in front office . The bathroom was equally impressive, with luxurious toiletries and a powerful shower.

I liked the most the way we were treated by the staff. Extremly polite and helpful, the personnel was always careful to provide logistic support for transportation, breakfast choices, etc. Although the area is very crowded during the day, we could rest during the day and night. The rooms are nice and clean, and every time for a room refresh, we got one. The residence construction ensures a good soundproofing. We weren't bothered by the other guests.

During our stay, the building was in the course of expansion. Probably because of that, sometimes there were issues with the running water.

The owner was really nice and chatty. The staff was really helpful with booking a tricycle and taxi at the right price. We loved the bed that is on a higher level, the bathroom is clean, the breakfast is brought to your room and is tasty , but note that the staff can knock at your door much earlier than planned (6:45am instead of 7:30am in our case).

The shower pressure can be really spotty. At some point, I had just drops of water so I decided to take a shower in the morning instead of before bed. The water pressure was fine the next morning. You can hear people in the corridor if they are noisy. Also, the hot water was not turned on when we first arrived at the apartment. We had to turn it on ourselves (under the sink of the bathroom).

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I want to recommend their staff especially Ms Clarize, Kuya Ronnel the driver, Chona & Jem (Thank you so much) you guys are a gem of Radlett. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. My son love it. Loved the convenient location close to major attractions and also they have board games that made my son stayed in the room. Thank you and looking forward visiting your property.

I like the unlimited freshly brewed coffee. Comfy beds and cold AC in our room 302.

They were renovating that time so we just have to cooperate. My hubby and our lawyer staying at room 301 were complaining that theirs wasn't that cold especially during the afternoon they even borrowed one of our fan to help the aircon. But still its not as cold as ours.

Netflix, great wifi and my child loved the rubik cube challange where you get a free breakfast if you can solve it. The beds were really comfortable and lots of storage under bed for luggage. Also available in reception area free coffee and water. Remember to ask for kettle at reception

The stairwells at night are only lit when the sensor detects your there

The bed and linen were silky comfortable. It was a very good size and good to sleep. The small kitchen makes it possible to have some food on our own. The staff were always accommodating. During the day brownput, generator helped us to stand the day.

Rain shower was super good but can be tricky if you just wanted a shower. Breakfast serving an take some time.

Our team conducted a series of inspections at the PLDT sites in North Luzon. While travelling from Naguillian to Tuguegarao, I came across this hotel online. We were extremely grateful to find this hotel because it exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable, and this hotel made our stay remarkable and relaxing. I highly recommend it.

The room was clean and had a comfortable sleep after my long travel. Everything looks and feels new. The staff were courteous as they see to it you are comfortable. They offered to carry my luggage (stayed at the third floor). They were on time as well with regard to my special requests (time to prepare my breakfast, to get my car from the parking area)

There’s no elevator. Thus, if there is a challenge climbing the staircase, suggest to check first if the rooms at the ground floor are available.

Very clean room and helpful staff. The hotel looks unassuming at the outside and I was suprised that the room had clean and purposeful interiors. I like the pin lights which I can open when I am working and close when I need little lighting to sleep. The bed, linen, and towels were clean, white, and smell fresh. Internet was very stable. Best hotel I’ve stayed so far in Tuguegarao.

Maybe the front of the hotel needs to be renovated to entice people.
