Everything was good. Very helpful even though our stay was during Easter when things were closed . The hotel opened the restaurant just for our party of 12.

We were told breakfast was £10 per person but on leaving were asked to pay £15 per person. This amount was not in tune with the cost of the evening meals which were really cheap and delicious. Also the large mirror in one of our bedrooms just fell off the wall and shattered all over the floor.we had children in there so it wasn’t ideal but we were leaving the next morning so it didn’t really affect our stay but could have been worse had the mirror have hit one of the children .

Staying in this hotel not for the first time, and it always exceeds our expectations. The hotel is in the center of the city, near the supermarket. There's always a space for parking for the Hotel guests in front of the Hotel. The restaurant is 10 out of the 10. Service is at the highest level. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have balconies.

Can't recall anything that we wouldn't like;) Our stay was easy and comfy.

Everything was very nice. We came at 4am and we were let in by nice lady. The room was tidy. Breakfast was very nice and lady, that worked on 29th morning was super nice. Thank you, we will come again.

The bathroom door was very squeaky. Other than that, it was good

Breakfast okay but the price we were told at the start of our stay varied from the price we were asked for at the end. Speaking for family members, my wife and I had paid in advance.

Facilities, food, staff nothing to complain about

rooms are really spacious and very clean. staff are helpful and have a very can do attitude. food was fantastic. overall great value for money and would highly recommend

we were given a disabled access room (which we didn’t need). it meant there was more water here and there in the morning as was a kind of wet room but this is a really minor thing. only other thing was that check out took longer than expected - pressed the button to call and it rang the Apple Watch also left on the desk which wasn’t brilliant. overall though - a great stay!

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff (majority speaks English). Good restaurant that appears to be visited a lot also buy guests from outside hotel.

A strange business with portable electrical heater in the rum as the main heating was off during night.

The hotel appears to be either brand new or recently renovated. The room was really spacious (I guess the room I stayed in was 25 square meters) and very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly. The hotel has a very nice restaurant. There is a supermarket just across the street, as well as many commercial shops just one step away from the hotel.

The bathroom was tiny for such a large room. It was not possible to move too much inside the shower cabin, and I had real difficulties to wash my legs from my feet to my knees. For a room that big (I guess it was 25 square meters), it seemed that there was a serious lack of planning concerning the size of the bathroom. Adding only two more square meters of area to the bathroom would not make any difference to the room, but it would make a huge difference to the bathroom. It would be possible to add a little bit larger shower cabin.

Free upgrade to a better room (2 connecting bedrooms, each with its own bathroom). Excellent breakfast! Nice design, modern look of the room, very modern bathroom, comfortable beds.

Noise from the restaurant on the terrace below, but it.quitened.down after 10pm LED lighting under and behind the bed looks nice but we had hard time figuring out how to turn it off for the night!

The need to use air-conditioning to heat the rum (because the main heating was off)

It was easy to find, near the restaurant. The room was clean with airconditioning. The breakfast was very filling and has a lot of choice.
