Location was amazing. Easy walking to lots of sites, churches, restaurants. Rooms were small but very efficient and clean. Beds and linens were comfortable. Shower was very good. Maid service was excellent also. Lobby was very nice to hang out while waiting for friends to meet up. Lovely live music on weekend mornings. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The location is spot on amazing! The staff were friendly and attentive. I found the room to be clean and in good order.

Electric sockets are not convenient. They were far from the bed. Bring an extension cord to have your phone charging next to you. Also, there is no central air. When we arrived the room was warm and kind of musty. Turning on the portable fan and opening the window solved the issue.

Location is excellent. The room is clean and the pillows and bed were comfortable.

The restaurant and room service start at 8 and 9 AM. This was inconvenient as I had to travel earlier and I could not have even a cup of coffee, but it looks like this is normal in almost all restaurants in Puebla.

No AC or cool air flow system to keep room cool during the night; had a fan, but wasn’t enough, plus added noise. cold shower of 10 minutes before warm water kicked in. Had a very pleasant conversation with lobby receptionist during a phone call before the line was disconnected; then, later tried to connect again, and it was a different receptionist not too polite regarding transportation manners to the hotel.

The room was on the weird end top of the 1st. Floor dark too dark room nice when you want to sleep, but a lot of noise was coming thru the blind window style facing the other rooms on the 1st. Floor. The safe was not working. I did not waste my time to report it and wait to be fixed.

The property is literally around the corner from the Zócalo. I loved every single thing about the location. Our room did NOT have AC and it was a bit warm but thankfully it rained that evening so we got to sleep with the window open and get some fresh air. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The property definitely has a colonial feeling to it and its beautiful.

Perfecto! This hotel was located so central to everything`we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit this wonderful historic city.

The location is the best in the city and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Amazing view.

Location is amazing… right in the heart of Puebla. Plenty to see and do!

At first they wanted to place us in an ugly room With not view until I showed my reservation and then I received a room with balcony. Front desk was not too friendly or welcoming.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and willing to help at every turn, even with my terrible Spanish. What a wonderful stay we had, ¡gracias!
