The location, front desk service, swimming pool, and all the amenities available at the hotel. That was perfect. The staff by the pool and bar were also wonderful and friendly. I chose this hotel for relaxation after an intense sightseeing tour, and in this regard, it was excellent. In the end, it probably makes up for some of the shortcomings the hotel has, but whether it’s worth the price or truly deserves four stars is up to individual judgment.

The rooms could use better sealing, as a lot of ants are coming out of cracks in the tile grout. The restaurant staff is quite disorganized, which sometimes leads to misunderstandings. The hotel is quite far from the center and unfortunately does not offer any shuttle service, but the staff helps to arrange one.

Excellent breakfast and evening dining-all outdoors. Lovely very large pool, although the water was quite chilly Staff were fabulous, helpful and always smiling.

We had an amazing room looking out to sea, but on 2 of the four evenings there was a very loud outdoor cinema in the huge amphitheatre which was blasting away until around 10:30pm. Completely destroyed any peaceful atmosphere. Similarly, almost all day long loud music was played around the pool. Indeed, at supper one night they had two different sets of speakers blasting out different music from different directions, which was especially unpleasant.

The total sensory experience at the resort was carefully curated with much attention to detail, from the lighting and manicured grounds to the live musicians/djs. This was very much appreciated!

The absence of a complimentary shuttle bus service from ferry to reception was surprising considering the quality standard and size of the resort. The cost is currently 16 euro one way by taxi.

We had the time of our lives. The property was perfect as it had everything you would need. We rented scooters and bikes right there on site. Breakfast was included. Our room was of the beautiful sea as we requested. The people were all kind and helpful. Some staff spoke English as well which was helpful to us. Our dinners on-site were romantic and delicious. The pool was outstanding (clean, big, and in a great location). We could order drinks and have a great view of the pool and sea at the same time. There were water excursions you could take and even snorkel right around the property. They had ping pong and fuse ball which was something fun to do. We never made it to play paddle board which would have been cool. They also had an amphitheater in which we watched part of a movie. We had a shuttle to and from the ferry. Overall, our service was more than we could have dreamt of! Romantic, sexy, fun,

Breakfast was excellent. Situation was excellent. Outdoor facilities excellent. Plenty of sunbeds: around pool, in lush gardens, on decking over volcanic beach to sea.

Hotel is graded 4*. Bedroom and bathroom were barely 3*. Basic decoration. Basic furniture. No chairs. We asked to move rooms but were told that all rooms were the same. Staff indifferent.

The pool and sea views were amazing to just relax and do nothing all day. The pool was amazingly refreshing, and chairs comfy! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It could have been a bit more communication about where everything was, what services were on offer. Also would have loved to have a kettle, wine glasses, tea /coffee in the room.

Great location, with a direct sea access. The room we reserved was front beach whit a fantastic sea view. Staff professional and kind. The Favignana island is a magnificent location where to spend holidays

Mangias could improve the restaurant service for the half board. Same Menu for too many days. For long stay this is a bit challenging, specially and the end of the sesoon with also not the availability of the whole plates

The pool and restaurant was lovely. Maurizio was an excellent host and went out of his way to provide comfort and service, which we really appreciated.

There were a lack of umbrellas around the pool, which meant unless you got there early you had to lie in full sun. Just a couple more umbrellas would mean that everyone could have the option of shade.

Beautiful location and the hotel, friendly staff, good huskily and taste in the restaurants

It was hard to get read of the ants in the room, but I believe that is a downside of the location (not so much of them but still a bit irritating)

We like the ease of renting an e-bike to get to Cala Rossa. The room was big and comfortable. The sunset view is stunning and the pizzas delicious.

The housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am the morning we were checking out and then again at 9.30am when we had until 10am to get out. They also have lots of bees around during breakfast and they have set traps right by the tables it’s a little odd.
