Simple, clean accommodations close to town center Good air conditioning in room. Refrigerator and microwave were nice to have as breakfast is not served on the property. This is a Vintage motel which caters to travelers just passing through. Parts of the bathroom had been updated in the past 20 years as the vintage 1950's tile was nowhere to be seen.

Had problems locking door from outside. Finally realized that I had to use some force to get it to shut completely. Would have been nice to have extra pillows in the room. I didn't see a hair dryer in the bathroom, but didn't need to use one during my stay.

The exterior is basic, but the room exceeded our expectations! It was huge - two separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining table, and a small but functional bathroom. It is near the train tracks, so you will hear a couple trains go by through the night, but it's also very close to a nice grocery store with a Starbucks and the downtown area of Mountain Home with cute shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a great stay!

Better coffee pot in the room. But this was a small thing.

Our room was comfortable and cozy. The parking was great, we were able tro park close to our room. I would like to thank the motel clerk. We didn’t notice that the checkout time was 10:30am, the clerk let us stay till 11, he was very nice and considerate with this.

I like these older hotels. They are made of cinder block so the noise insulation from neighboring rooms is very good. We arrived incredibly late but our host was VERY gracious in accommodating our check-in. The room was very well maintained with newer furniture. The microwave and mini fridge were an added bonus at this price point. The additional AC outlets provided in the alarm clock were well appreciated given the vintage of the hotel. Yes, I would stay again.

There was a set of railroad tracks that ran past the hotel a couple of hundred feet away. However, we did not have any issues with noise since none ran during the night.

The management was awesome! He made an extra effort for us. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The TV worked, and the wifi is easily accessible.

There are gaps around the door. The weather was cold so pulled the door mat up to cover the bottom gap and hung a coat to help with the door gap.

Very clean, spotless but with no antiseptic odor! No smoking throughout! Only thing lacking was lighting over the desk and few plug ins there. Train noise at night but didn't bother me. Shower was very small. Fine for me, but if you are a typical, large American, it would be a squeeze. It was very clean, good, hot water.

Some noisy neighbors woke me up at 2am.

Very budget-friendly older style motel that we booked through booking.com. Convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Mark, the manager was professional and helpful. When we got ready to leave the next morning he gave us some ice from his ice machine to put in our ice chest as our ice packs were no longer frozen.

Manager was awesome. Our train enthusiast kid loves the trains that passes by and the managed made it even better by showing us the local family of rabbits. My kid now calls it rabbit land. We would stay there again.

It’s an older facility but it was very comfortable for a very good price.

Give all credit to the owners for refurbishing. Yes this is an old motel and don't be fooled by the old exterior. The owners have done a great job of remodeling the room interiors to be bright, modern, and clean .

Yes I know the pool area was not advertised but it is a still an eyesore and more could be done to cover/hide it as it detracts from the overall fine job of the room interiors.

budget hotel just off the hwy. we were arriving late and leaving in the morning, so looking for a clean place to sleep. it was perfect for that. older hotel, manager was super kind about our late arrival and we slept really well.

no coffee is a bummer. a simple luring in the lobby so I could walk down and get a cup would have been great.
