Very clean, quiet place, great customer service with Ms. Denise, that works overnight. We stayed for 2 nights for New Year's weekend. If you're a light packer on your travels, they do provide shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in the shower. The area was 6 minutes away from downtown Dallas and walking distance to Walmart & Sam's club. They served American breakfast with coffee, tea, milk & juice. I would definitely stay here on my next visit.

My preference, I didn't like that the AC was set on Auto and you can't change the setting. So it cuts off and on at night and it made parts of the night very warm to sleep.

It was clean and pretty, the breakfast was good and the staff was nice. We enjoyed our stay, Thank you!

The only thing I didn't like was the bed frame I guess that's what you would call it. It's the black wood around the bottom of the bed. It sticks out too much, and every time you put your feet down, you hit it with your ankles! It was hurting us all day. Just change the base, and you guys will be good 👍

All of the staff were incredible! Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful and made sure all of our requests were taken care of. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We also swam and really enjoyed the pool!

The location is terrible. We just booked because it was close to the Mesquite rodeo, but I didn’t know what part of town this was in. We had to go to a couple of stores while we were there and I didn’t feel safe - homeless people also swarmed the area. The breakfast wasn’t great. Only one waffle maker and everyone wanted waffles. I waited 20 minutes and then the waffle wasn’t edible.

The property was clean , staff was nice , bed was comfy All good . The pool area and weight room very nice. Coffee was good. Had a fridge and microwave. Had a water leak the maid was up there immediately with towels. She said the maintenance would be there. With just a few little things yes I would recommend this hotel .

The breakfast, the sausage was spoiled we didn't eat after we smelled it. We had a water leak in our shower maintenance was supposed to check it as we had water on the floor by the door. Nobody showed . The water pressure was not the best . People trying to check in at night and no one at the front desk.

-Breakfast was spectacular with several good quality food options. -The location was really convenient for a solo traveler without a car. There's a bus to downtown that stops about a block from the property every 12-10 minutes. -The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was there to research possible relocation areas and one of the front desk staff, took the time to share with me a number of really good options to consider and explore based on his experience living and working in the city and its surrounding neighborhoods. Thank you! -The room looked as advertised: large and clean. -There's a shopping center right across the street.

-The entrance to the property was tricky to find for someone who to took the train and bus to get to it but it may be easier to find with a car with GPS. -There's not a clearly-marked pedestrian path around or inside the property - from the entrance at least. -The location although convenient lacks character but it's as safe as it can be considering the area and a good central hub.

I like the fact that even tho the staff could tell that me and my "lady of the evening" were not exactly where we imagined ourselves es on our first date so they accommodated us with a standing ovation. Neither one of us was embarrassed as we ate our waffles barefoot.

The waffles and the cook staff lady. Who was scoffing at the guests saying that it was a complwntary breakfast. Not. All you can eat. She was very rude and unappreciated of the guests that provide the business for her to have a job. And she was complaining about having to cook mote eggs. And that is serious.

The ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. The aroma of rose in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. The facility looked like it was just renovated so everything was nice and well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough for your belongings. Had a minor issue of being overcharged, but the manager Mr. Christopher Anderson was professional in resolving the issue right away, and kept me up-to-date with everything. I really appreciated his attentiveness to the issue. This might seem trivial, but our room had a notepad with pen. You NEVER see that in a hotel room these days so that was an awesome touch!

The hotel is hidden from another hotel being built so that was a little worrysome. Also, the breakfast was a typical continental breakfast so don't expect nothing extravagant.

The beds/room were so comfortable. Happy they had a microwave in the rooms which was much needed for my son to warm stuff if we could not make it downstairs in time for breakfast or if we bought something from outside. Room has an iron and a board so I did not have to call front desk to ask for one

Cooked breakfast was limited. Which there was more options than just two choices

I love the room itself . Breakfast was really good . The pool was great. And the fitness center is amazing.

The Lady At The Front Desk In the mornings had a very stinky attitude I’m not sure if that’s just how she act or if she was being rude . But her communication skills as a receptionist were not good at all .

The staff was super friendly. Room was clean and really nice. Very pet friendly. Overall really good stay.

I don’t like that you have to pay for parking. For breakfast there is barely any options.
