Hearty breakfast with delicious ca phe sua da. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, good shower pressure.

Location is isolated from the action. My fault for not reading reviews. It is close to ferry. In quiet area if that’s what you’re looking for. Taxi to shopping/food area about 5-10 min

The rooms felt very new and clean and was fine to stay for a few nights.

Wouldve liked to know which rooms don't have windows prior to booking. Staff don't help with your bags. Water temp kept fluctuating hot and cold. Hotel is in a quiet end of town so not much to do around there but very close to ferry.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. We left early morning nonetheless they prepared breakfast and coffee for us. It is located next to the harbor from Phu Quoc, perfect localisation. Value for money.

We stayed at this place as we were waiting to take the ferry to Phu Quoc. Location was perfect, 5 min walking distance to the ferry. Clean rooms, quiet, and very friendly and helpful staff who helped with all the bookings.

Room quality

Receptionist require to hold customer’s ID card during the stay despite customer’s disagreement. Legally, hotel has no rights to keep customer’s ID card.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean room, good breakfast, and a five minute walk from the ferry terminal. Great value for money.

There’s nothing much around the area, which is newly built.

Breakfast is good, location is beautiful.

Bathroom layout with glass wall and roll down curtain it makes the room is not privacy, and it is not convenience every time we need to use the washroom, and the hot water for the shower is not warm enough when we need it for shower.
