Windows on 3 rd floor room has huge windows that open horizontally. Sill is at thigh level. Room we were given for our children had no lock on the windows so they could fall out. A lock was fitted when we asked but this should be standard. Whe we made our booking we were guaranteed connecting rooms in an e mail but a week before we arrived this was changed to adjoining rooms only. Ordering food at the restaurant was only by QR code with no paper coy available so we had to use the waiters phone. I think paper copies of the menu should be available.

This hotel is all about the location, near the wetlands of Valdivia. Beautiful location filled with nature, and gorgeous views from the moment you set foot in the building. It's a bit far from the city center, but this lovely environment is certainly worth the time. The rooms were comfy for the whole family, breakfast was delicious. We ate at the restaurant and terrace and both were great experiences - at night in the terrace the bar even had marshmallows for the kids to roast. Staff was super nice. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy vacations.

the pool was a bit too cold for really staying a lot.

We loved the place because of the integration it has with the nature. It has a wide space garden-like in which the pool is. The breakfast was really good. Good variety of foods. The room was in a perfect state. Everything in general was perfect, with regard to the structure. It seems old (from like the '80s), but the conditions are perfect, overall. We stayed in a double room, which had a charming look. The hotel has service for tinajas (jacuzzis with hot water) which had to be paid separately (it was 25K CLP at the time of the stay) and they had to be reserved in advance, with a 1-hour use. The service room was impecable. We did not use the pool despite staying in the middle of the summer, but it's always a good plan for kids. I had the impression it was recently built.

The beds were not as big as I expected, despite being comfy, they could've been bigger. The restaurant is more like a bar. You can tell from the menu itself. It lacks food options and makes it hard when bringing kids.

Great breakfast, very abindantcand varied. Staff was very polite and he lpful. Only problem I had was trying to navigate booking.com to Add an extra night, which was truly nightmarishly bureaucratic.

Food in the restaurant was uniformly of high quality, and staff was very attentive and helpful. Being new, it still seems they are having some trouble coming up with an electronic menu, which created confusion.

Beautiful first floor room with a patio. Rural setting in a city - lovely gardens with ID signs for plants, secluded walk down to a dock with some watersports, really friendly staff, great restaurant, comfortable bed with excellent sheets.

Spacious rooms overlooking marshes toward the river, with well-maintained grounds. It's a well-run hotel, and has good service, as well as easy to access parking.

A bit lacking in soul, but ortherwise fine.

A fantastic location. Right on the estuary, we saw many wonderful birds. You can book a great paddle boarding tour via the hotel’s website. Very kind staff.

Our room was chilly, but staff brought us a space heater.

The view to the estuary from the rooms is just fantastic. The weather was very rainy but still very enjoyable. Also an excellent location, a 10 minutes walk from the restaurants and campus.

Very minor thing: a leakage in the sink tap.

Location. Walking distance of many restaurants and downtown Valdivia. Great staff and facilities.

We had an issue with the hoy water. The issue was solved in a few minutes.

This was a nice experience staying in a park-hotel. Very convenient location, if you are planning to visit Niebla and Corral
