Nice location on the edge of the cliff, a lovely view of the coast and Corvo, some nice natural pools close by. Market and the airport - all within walking distance.

Breakfast options were very basic, the hotel needs some renovation.

Clean comfortable room with a beautiful view , just a short easy walk from the airport. Front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful.

My only difficulty was the lack of gluten free options on the menu or available for breakfast . Huge variety of bread , sweets for breakfast , nothing gluten free. I asked the first day and was told they’d run out, but none appeared over the next days at all.

The location was perfect, as it was closer to the airport. Beautiful surroundings with ocean views from the room, The staff were wonderful! accommodating and very friendly. They made us feel at home! Special thanks to Nanci Ramos and Ann from the front desk! They were fun and very helpful!! The breakfast was elaborate and had everything you could possibly want! If you have a chance, stay here for a great experience!

- INATEL Flores is an amazing accommodation in Flores. 10 minutes away by foot from the airport, close to all necessities (supermarkets, gas station, car rental, restaurants, shops...), it's perfect for a short and long stay. - The room is spacious, with a BIG comfortable bed, kettle, tea selection, closet with hangers, a big bathroom with all toiletries and a bathtub, and it has a beautiful terrace overseeing the bay and beautiful Corvo island. - Breakfast was delicious, with a buffet of choice of cold and warm foods and drinks. - The facility includes a gym and a swimming pool. Tested both, and they are a great addition. - The staff is so kind and thoughtful. We had to extend our stay unexpectedly, and they kindly gave us a similar room (our old one was already booked) where we could move in right away without waiting for the check-in time. They also shared great tips about restaurants and island activities. - The value for money is amazing! We were truly sad about leaving the hotel, we had such a wonderful relaxing experience! Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It has breakfast and dinning. The view from balcony is beautiful. The breakfast has a juicer that you can make fresh orange juice. The room has very good insulation. It has a lot of parking spaces. We arrived at the hotel earlier because of rain, the front desk was gracious to let us check in earlier. It is close to supermarkets by foot if you want to get something. It has a small outdoor swimming pool.

The floor in the room is in bad condition and could cause tripping. The internet was very slow.

The scenery was spectacular and we were so happy to be in the suite for our recent honeymoon. The staff was incredible - Nancy, Daniel, Certain all went out of their way to make sure we were having the best trip possible.

Traveling in the off season was a bit slow but the hotel more than made up for it by coordinating meals ahead and setting expectations appropriately.

Inatel Flores is an amazing property. It looks well maintained and quite new. My room was well appointed and had a balcony overlooking to sea and Corvo island. I enjoyed hearing the waves below the property. A lovely breakfast was included. The staff were polite and knowledgeable.

The WIFI was not working in my room. I was able to get a weak signal in the lobby and second floor lounge if I needed to send an email or look at Google maps. However, you should be out hiking and exploring the island so that wasn't a problem. If you need stable internet this place isn't for you. There wasn't a screen for the sliding door so a few bugs came in when I left the door open. I felt that the hotel was a bit expensive but there are few options on Flores so it's worth paying to be comfortable.

It was my second stay in this hotel. In my opinion perfect place in Flores. Walking distance to the airport. Very clean place with comfortable bed and good wi-fi. Not cheap but worth to visit. I had a balcony with perfect ocean view. Near the hotel you have the supermercado and free parking available. Flores is a specific island - rather remote in the middle of the ocean. If you love nature it's perfect place for you. If you like night life, clubbing and sunny beaches - for sure do not go there, you will not find it.

Amazing breakfast, very friendly personel, no problem with leaving luggage and using swimming pool before checking. Room was spotted clean and in a good size. Balcony with an ocean view :) There is a fridge in each room.
