Excellent stay near Prashanti Nilayam! Sai Tower Hotel is just a few steps from the ashram, an ideal choice for devotees seeking convenience and comfort. A big thank you to Srinivas at the reception for the hassle free check-in and warm welcome. He was always ready to help. Lakshmi from housekeeping was kind and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The hotel’s restaurant also serves delicious, well-prepared food, which added to the overall great experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Puttaparthi! Very helpful administration staff and very close to the temple gates. Next door is a restaurant, where one can have on-site dining or room service provided with speed. Once the renovations are completed, this hotel will be the place to stay in Puttaparthi.

Extensive renovations are taking place, which is very noisy and dusty and some rooms the windows are totally blocked out with no sunlight entering the rooms. Feels like staying in a comfortable prison cell. Room cleaning service was poor, needs improvement. Out of 4 days stay, only one day the room was cleaned.

Fantastic people , staff are really helpful and very humble. Room service excellence. Amenities are mind blowing where big cities in India can't rate this ..All five star hotels need to learn from this . Restaurant food is affordable and delicious ..lots of variety and choice

Noise levels outside need to be considered. At times very early in the morning, the motorist horn was but the disturbance throughout. I know the hotel management can't do anything about traffic , however those window sealings need to be covered so that bit if noise level can be reduced. It's just a suggestion.thats all

The location, It is directly in front of Prashanti Nilayam. Staff is always helpful and their restaurant is always very good. They are upgrading their standard rooms and doing a very nice job.

Noise from the renovation which should end soon. On the second morning I had trouble with the water regulator in the shower. I could neither get the water cooler, as it was very hot or turn it off. I got help from the staff and they turned it off.

Awesome food and breakfast is really refreshing. Location is 50 meters from Prashanthi Nilayam and centrally located. Very much accessible, good service, great comfort rooms and clean washrooms. Very friendly front-office and staff. We reached the hotel at midnight around 1 am and they ensured that we check-in smoothly and have a good night sleep. The best of the restaurant was their Thali, the south Indian food for must try with Andhra Curries. Accessible with taxies, autos and bus stands and 10 mins drive to railway station. Midst of the shopping area and above all, its just crossing the road for Darshan of Bhagwan. If you are looking for a private accommodation, this is the best place.

Breakfast was above expectation & the location of the Hotel was near by our destination. Also the ambience was very good . I can also refer to my other friends.

We had booked two rooms so in one room the Waller hanger where the towels were kept was not there so you need to pay attention also the soap dispenser on the wall was broken n was not there . This also need attention. But yes they provided the bottle dispenser after asking them

Located close to the ashram so it was easy to commute. House keeping staff was good. Room was cleaned regularly

Room service staff should be more. I was told to order all food together as he wouldn't be able to come again and again with our requirements. From soup to desert everything will be delivered at one time.

The room allotted to us ( arrived early morning - still staff reception was warm and cordial ) was bigger than expected. Neat and clean.

May be a kettle with disposables should have been provided. I booked from booking.com . No breakfast. It seems complimentary breakfast provided only if we book directly from hotel. This policy may be better revised.

Liked the location, approach to temple. Clean rooms with facilities. hotel staff was very courteous, friendly atmosphere.

Ventilation in the room could have been better. A/C was not cooling the room. It needs servicing as i could see lot of dust. Car parking is a challenge, roughly 500 meters away from hotel premises.
