Lovely establishment, definitely would go back next I am in the are. People are helpful and friendly, even the cleaning staff. Excellent location, great views and easy to get to. I arrived late and they still waited for me to check in.

The room was spacious, bed comfortable, had a big fridge not a bar fridge as you normally will expect. The views were stunning. Was very peaceful & quiet. I loved my stay

I stayed at room 9, the water at the shower was warm. It was a cold morning having hot shower before work is what I needed.

Please consider to install stair grip(Anti-Slip) that's more permanent or maintain the Anti-Slip tape on the wooden stairs as they are very slippery when wet

The location and family location feels had made for a wonderful stay.

There had been no dislikes, whilst some accomodation allows for a bit more mobility and use such as the presence of plates, the place had still been wonderful.

The onsite Restaurant. Bad bad service or staff weren’t trained at all. We waited unusually long for food ordered and waiters were just so bad. So bad Management.

The room was so clean & spacious. Beds very comfortable. I would highly recommend you to book this Resort. My room had the best view of both the mountain & river. It was very private. Thank you booking.com for always giving us the best.

It is not often that one's expectations are met, from check in to exit. Our bookings were done very late in the night. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. As fate would have it, the region was thrown a curve ball in the form of loadshedding but the manager and staff made sure that all clients were taken care of, moreover we who came late in the night. We were able to take a shower before sleeping which was much appreciated as it was loadshedding. Thank you to the wonderful smiles and kindness at front desk. The property is well looked after and the food is exceptional. The rooms are comfortable and neat. The feedback loop after booking online is exceptional; few minutes after booking we were already getting real time valuable information from front desk.

The staff are lovely, from the receptionist to the waitresses- so very friendly. The rooms are quaint and the views are spectacular! A gem in Port St Johns.

There is some ambient street noise at night.
