This is a lovely little motel — not brand new, but very well kept. The bed and linens were new and extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was simple but thoughtfully prepared for guests — just some coffee and pastries, but it was a nice touch and perfect for starting the day before hitting the road.

Pretty old bathroom and dusty window

It was quiet. Even though there were work crews staying long term in several rooms, there was no late noisy parking lot partying. No early morning door slamming or yelling. The motel owners and workers were very friendly and quick to handle my request for extra coffee packets for the room. We were able to hook into outdoor electric outlet to recharge our race car batteries before racing.

Only one complaint is the pillows are not comfortable. But, that is also a matter of personal preference.

Parking in front of our door is always a plus. Comfy beds. Clean. Mini fridge and microwave. Pet friendly ($10 per dog). Nice TV, DirecTV. Walk next door to Subway or Sonic. Casey's is across the street and Love's down about a block. Owner was very pleasant.

Grassy area was dried up and crunchy so we walked our dog over by Subway on nice cushy green grass.

Hotel was excellent for the price. Sheets were clean and pillows were good. Staff were nice.

I think there may have been people sleeping in a large minivan parked near our room. But if so, they were quiet and didn't cause any issues. We didn't report it to the front desk so cannot blame the hotel.

I stay here when I visit family because the people are very friendly and are available to help anytime. The only down side are the messy hunters! LOL The price is great!

The location of the Brooks Motel couldn't have been better for my travels. I was heading up 283 and it was right there at the intersection. I liked that the Casey's was right across the street (for gas and coffee in the morning) and that there was a Subway and Sonic right next door, along with a Love's station right past there. Perfect for convenience for traveling. And the price of the room can't be beat.

Great refrigerator! Was supplied with everything you need: coffeemaker, microwave, blow-dryer, tissues, extra shampoo. Lots of tv shows to choose from.

The facility was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Parking was fantastic and the location was very secure and accessible.

Easy check-in/out with friendly staff. Clean room, as described. Everything in working order.

A bit run down. The breakfast wasn't great. But overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would stay here again.

No breakfast was offered, but stay was great, clean rooms bathroom could used a few touch ups, we were there just to sleep so all was good!

Updated bathroom and the air conditioner was making a weird noise, but it definitely cooled so we nice and cool.
