We loved every bit of our stay. The food was amazing, and the staff were kind and super helpful. The WiFi connection was really good too. Please consider having a swimming coach and lifeguard on-site. Would have loved more kids' activities, but other than that, everything was perfect. Looking forward to coming back.

Please consider adding a bed and breakfast rate, as that's what most people go for.

The hotel was good and neat

When i made my booking via booking.com and the price I had booked with was for bed and breakfast only to arrive on the ground, and when paying, I was told the price was for bed only.My app was showing bed and breakfast and the hotel side it's showing bed only.Booking.com need to be honest and sincere to their clients. Am not sure of using booking.com in the future because of this dishonesty on their side

This is a true gem in Meru, first time in Meru and it was such a warm and pleasant experience. The staff are absolutely professional and friendly. Very well trained and handled our family like we were the only guests in the hotel. They are very attentive to details. We even managed to score an upgrade when we checked in with our little one. It was a delightful time

The room is clean. The location is nice and quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly. There is a swimming pool, although I couldn't use it.

There is a bit of a chaos with the bookings at the reception as they do not get the latest updates. The room was a bit hot and there's no air conditioning. Opening the windows lets some mosquitoes in but the room was cool and comfortable quickly.

- No travel toothbrush and toothpaste provided in case someone forgot - Small slippers, maybe ask for sizes beforehand - No floor mat in bathroom - May need to improve on softness of pork ribs

Amazing food, amazing architecture! rooms are okay and meet comfort standards. Bed is very comfy with hot water warmers. Nice touch.

The hotel should ease the check-in process. Too much writing of details on paper. Use the details on booking.com and customers identification card/passport. The customer is only supposed to sign.

Loved the cleanliness of the rooms, the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was quite good. Enjoyed our stay albeit brief.

The rooms had no air conditioning and it was quite hot. Good thing the staff brought us a fan when we mentioned it.

Stayed here after 3 days at Samburu Reserve, quick overnight before heading back to Nairobi. It was everything we were wanting - clean rooms, hot shower, great food, and a place to recharge. They even brought warm water bottle heaters to use if we wanted. Incredible!

The breakfast was amazing, coffee is freshly brewed, they provided fresh fruits Location is in a quiet environment; staff are friendly and very friendly. They provided hot water bottles at night.

My room was next to a very noisy generator.

The staff are amazing and responsive . Room was well appointed . Bed was comfy and the breakfast was great . The hotel feels like it is in Nairobi as the design , fixtures and fittings are all very good quality
